We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. Wish we had more time to experience all property had to offer. A few things to be aware of … property currently under renovations and if facing beach, noise may be an issue. You can hear everything from pool, other balconies and beach - all noise (ie / fireworks after midnight from beach - not part of resort festivities).

Exceeded expectations overall, would definitely return; Very clean Quiet Beautiful stretch of beach Large rooms Lots of amenities on site Check-in is a bit chaotic and slow, don’t plan to come in even one minute before four o’clock though.

I chose the ocean front with balcony and it was absolutely what I wanted and more. The hotel is situated very near the ocean and you can hear the waves. Not too much crowd as it is 15 minutes or more drive away from the Boardwalk which is a tourist attraction. This hotel has its own restaurant/pub/bar and a Convenience Store that sells beer/liquor. The room was clean although they seem to put wax on the laminate floor which was fine because we were all wearing slippers anyway. Updated room just like the picture. The waterpark was a hit among the kids. It was lovely to walk along the beach at night and sleep or waking up seeing the ocean view right in front of you.

Great Stay

Overall great stay. Rooms are what you expect for a beach hotel. Mattresses are a little old but other than that, no big complaints. View of the ocean was quite good for just the ocean view room.

I loved my stay here! I had a view of the beach. Check in was easy and the staff was wonderful. There was also a really tasty restaurant and bar connected it. And the staff there was amazing. I’m definitely gonna stay here again next time I’m at Myrtle beach. The only problem I had was the heater in my room a lil loud. Idk if it was because it was broken or if that’s how they all are. I didn’t mention it to the staff so I’m not gonna put that on them.

We couldn't Check-In at 4!!!!

Check-In was terrible! The lady at front desk was somewhat helpful. But we arrivedc from out of town and had to wait 2 hours after check-in time,to actually check in- because housekeeping was still cleaning!That wasn't cool!A gentleman at the front desk stepped in ,and waived my remaining balance, after I requested!

Shower did not have shower curtain. Heat didn't work. Toilet in the hallway. Communication was terrible except for worker name Ashley very helpful. Noise hammering the wall while trying to sleep. Overall terrible stay. People walking around didn't feel safe at all
