This could be a beautiful place, Management has ran it into the ground. It is more of a brothel now than a hotel.

Location , Location , Location

Its a very basic hotel. There were more staff then guests. The high season was over mid April. Its part hotel and part all inclusive. We stayed there because of the location... beach / nightlife. There is a great view of the beach.

Toilet didn’t flush paper, hotel used for hookers, pool and view best part but to many stairs to get every where, no diet Soda , no bananas in a place where they grow, limited Buffett, as an all inclusive it is a rip off

Hotel is in the midst of some renovations, which I'm sure will be nice when finished, but we still had a great experience. Great location to everything in Sosua, including the beach. Food was half decent for the DR, and the staff were pleasant.

Hotel with the best view in town.The furniture a little outdated,good wi-fi in all rooms.Stuff very friendly and efficient.:The food OK, a la carte excellent.Not enough of hot water.Nice swimming pools, would recommend.

Un ambiente decadente , struttura anni 80 e si vede che non è mai stato fatto nulla per mantenerla in buone condizioni, l’unica cosa positiva è la location( fronte mare) per il resto non è degna nemmeno di 1 stella.... la maggior parte del personale ( poco educato) io viaggio molto ed ho un lavoro che è a contatto con il pubblico e credetemi, UNA DELUSIONE

it was a very nice experience , friendly , professional, staff, rooms were clean, housekeeping staff attentive, friendly. Recommendations The walk ways, need power wash, and a little touch up to the out side paint, and common areas.

My initial room had a damaged Balcony Door. When I opened the Balcony Door upon arriving in my room at 4:00 in the morning the glass pane cracked. I did not notify the front desk until I woke up later in the morning. The attendants informed me that I should have notified them if I was having trouble with the door and said that if I wanted another room I would have to pay for the damage to the door. I will no longer be staying at this location based upon the hotel charging me for damages that should have or were identified prior to me staying in the room.

Nothing was good about this stay. The all inclusive food is horrendous, staff isnt great and the drink are below the rail level if thats possible. Just terrible!!! I would not chexk into here.

Great location on the beach and walking distance to everything. Property need maintenance, but its still a great place for the area. Sosua Bay is a hidden charm that many people over look

The worst hotel ever

I think this is the worst hotel I ever been to. The service is so bad that it cannot be worse, the staff is so negative, not smiling and really do not care about anything. Bad bad bad , nothing like they say on the web.
