The lobby area is fresh, updated, beautiful and clean. Our room was a nice size however the bed and pillows were terrible I’ll be making a chiropractor appointment when I get home. The tile in the bathroom floor was broken and falling apart in the shower. The price was right but you definitely get what you pay for at this hotel.

Location is great. Short drive to parking on park city if you don’t want to walk. Indoor spa helped a lot after skiing. The staff was so friendly and so patient with all the guest question.

Sweetwater is a great location, just off from the lifts. Amenities are good. The one bedroom I was in was a bit awkward, but it had everything we needed. And for the location, you cannot beat the price I paid first week of April! Overall, awesome, and staff is great.

Great location for mountain biking, hiking, exploring Main Street and dining. Parked the vehicle and walked to everything. Able to bring mountain bikes into our room for secure storage. Unfortunately we had no view and min natural light in the room due to window overlooking roof next door (pool area) but we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room anyways with so much to do in the area. Would stay here again no question.

At home comfort

We stayed for 2 days, and it was wonderful. Relatively quiet, close to main street where there are a bunch of small shops to venture. We especially enjoyed Dolly's bookstore. It's warm, and staff very welcoming! Definitely shop there 😊 Overall, amazing experience at this property with loads of space for everyone to do their own thing while winding down in the evening.

The whole experience was awful. I booked the condo 5 months in advance for a group to celebrate my birthday. I booked the 3 bedroom loft on expedia thinking I was going to get the condo in the photos. We got there and it was half the size sqft and in the oldest part of the building (2 blocks from the front desk area). The condo looked nothing like the one in the photos. It had dirty carpet, 1 out of the 3 window AC units worked. No elevator, no dumpster for trash, no clear communication. Maintenance guy came to check the ACs, said he would be back and never came back. I was told 2 weeks before our check in date we could pay for another car pass to park our other cars at the condo. Day of they kept saying they didn't know if they could provide one and to call after 9pm. Called and said no passes. The hotel was not packed/fully booked. I asked multiple times to have a manager call me to talk about what is happening and for 3 days now, nothing. I would say you get what you paid for but this place was not cheap. I don't recommend staying at this lodge unless you want to be disappointed.

One Night Stay

The stay worked for us. Not a fancy place, but in a great location. The hall carpets smelled like mildew so the owners could invest some money sprucing the place up since it's an investment. We used the room for one night, but is good for longer stays. Nice pool, but the hot tub was closed off.

Property is just as pictured. The studio is tiny and hasn’t been updated in a while but it’s a perfect place to sleep and shower. You get what you pay for. Walkable from town and the park city lifts. Luggage storage and a few free manager socials a week. Staff is very friendly and helpful
