Loved the location so close to the tram which made exploring the city very easy. The room was small with the pull-out couch made up into a bed, but it would have been perfect for a couple. It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. We enjoyed the towel warmer although there were no facecloths which may be a European things as we didn't have any in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Having a Monoprix right around the corner was also a plus! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and stored our luggage until our check-in time. The breakfast selection was great and the fact that it was included in our stay was awesome! Would definitely stay here again and will consider using the Residhome hotels in other cities in future travels.

Great unit in perfect location

Great location on the quiet side of the river. Very walkable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Water and coffee stations. Breakfast area becomes lounge/business are after breakfast. 24/7 support. Big room with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room as clean, quiet and the kitchen area was well equipped. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk along the river. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is key. Few minutes from les Halles de Bacalan, Cité du vin and tram. 5 minutes in the tram will get you downtown. Walking is a great option

Super convenient.

We love Bordeaux, and Chartrons is a good area to stay in high season, to allow a bit of space from the tourist crowds. With the great tram system, however, you are minutes from everything. Parfait! Having the tram, Le Cite du Van, Les Halles, etc, at the doorstep is a huge plus. The Monoprix next door is great, as is the convenience of the laundry. The management and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. This is the first Residhome we’ve stayed in, and although the furnishings and amenities are good, the cleaning could be improved.

Excellent Aparthotel.

We had only time to spend one night in Bordeaux. The Residhome was a great choice. Beside the tram and only a few stops from the city centre. Close to s number of interesting sites. Highly recommend this place to stay. Very nice helpful staff with excellent English.

Most things were acceptable at this hotel. It was clean and simple and had everything we needed. The complimentary coffee and tea were useful. The kitchenette was good and we were provided with enough utensils to get by. Parking was good at $8 euros a day.

Nice and New

New property in developing area very near to the amazing Cité de Vin and riverfront. Bathroom and kitchenette, excellent bed with desk and two chairs in separate bedroom made for a comfortable stay. Very good value, and I’m sure prices will increase as the surrounding neighbourhood improves. Tram is a few steps away, giving easy access to city centre, train station, etc.

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse et tout confort. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain très propre et agréable. Une Nespresso, de l'infusion, de l'eau à disposition. L'hotel est au calme et le petit déjeuner à 10 euros est très bon et varié.
