A very nice suite hotel conveniently located across the road from Rotterdam Central station, trains, Metro, and trams. Nearby convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The property is clean, well laid out. We had a large corner suite on the 9th floor with great views. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful

Great location and staff were very friendly and informative. The one area that has to be addressed and imparoved on is parking. Upon booking the client should be told how to locate the parking garage.

Comfortable stay

Love the free coffee in the lobby. Room is large and comfortable. The cons are there are no towel bars in the washroom therefore towels cannot be reused and it creates dampness in the washroom.

We really took advantage of the laundry room - it is great not having to travel with so many changes of clothes and heavy luggage. The location is great for train/tram travel as well - and we really took advantage of that.

Perfect business trip studio

I travel a lot for business and due to health choices I now choose to find accommodation where I can have access to a kitchen and gym. This place was PERFECT! Spacious studio, comfy bed, basic kitchen with everything I needed. Their gym was small but had everything I needed so that I could continue my workouts as usual. Location right next to central station was convenient and I could get round to meetings and events with just a short walk. If I have to be back in Rotterdam I would definitely choose this place again.

Very modern and up to date facility with suite accommodations (kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom). The suite could have used a coat of paint to cover lots of scuff marks on the walls but this would not deter me from recommending it to others. Otherwise it was all great!

Hotel directly across the street from train station, with our room looking down into the bustling square in front of the station. Lots of busses right there, and a grocery store about a block away. Kitchen area had sink, stove, induction stove, dishwasher, all the eating and cooking dishes and utensils we needed (including salt and pepper). Didn’t realize we also had a microwave, as it is part of the oven below the stove burners. Had not only a bedroom but also a dining room / living room. Laundry room down the hall and washers AND DRYERS (hard to find in Europe). I seem to remember there was no cost for the machines, and I show no record for laundry in my list of expenses.

Clean and new.

Was only in Rotterdam for a couple nights, found this great suite right across the street from the central station so everywhere is accessible. The hotel looks new, rooms were perfect size with all the kitchen amenities if you require them. Bedroom which is separate from kitchen/living room is not a huge space but big enough with a very comfy bed. Would stay here again.

Good hotel right across the street from train stat

Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bachelor apartment - it was great to have a kitchen in our room and access to the free laundry on our floor. Location was within walking distances of many restaurants and right across the street from the Rotterdam Central train station and access to the Metro (subway) system and tram system.

Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good.
