Start Villa Mora was fantastic, the quality of the property for the price is unbeatable. The included kitchen was perfect for preparing food if I didn’t want to go out to eat. The shower was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Asunción in the future.

The property is close to Superseis supermarket and Shopping Mariscal. The area is quiet and walkable to restaurants. The staff are very friendly and they helped us to contact taxis to go to places we wanted to visit and also to take us. to the airport. We were very glad that we had a kitchen to prepare our breakfast and food.

Excellent Stay

We took a group of 7 to Asuncion for a 10 night stay and LOVED Start Villa Morra Rent apartments. The staff were very kind, efficient, and Eric (on overnight duty) was a true delight. The location is outstanding - within a few blocks of a shopping mall, supermarket, and many restaurants and the neighborhood is very walkable. We can't wait to visit again in a few months.

There was plenty to enjoy about the apartment. The pool especially. Staff and cleaners were very friendly despite my lack of Spanish however always helped where possible. My experience there is a positive one and I will certainly book again next time.
