Wonderful hotel outside of downtown Lisbon! We wanted to stay somewhere between Sintra, downtown, and the airport and this was the perfect spot. Although, the non-refundable policy is quite annoying, and we ended up paying for 2 nights, but only needing 1, the hotel was safe, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Since we paid for 2 nights, they ended up upgrading us as well :) With a packed schedule, I'm so sad we missed going to the pool, but will come back again!

It was great to have dishes etc and to be able to cook if you liked . Two minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes to the mall . This was the end of our trip so it was nice to just relax and enjoy the pool etc . Pool could use some repairs but other wise fine. We were happy with our late checkout.

Nosey! The upstairs guests watched TV until 3 a.m. And then a child began to cry. The hotel does not have any sound-proof walls or floors. Furthermore, one night, a guest opened our door using a key. The front desk made mistakes. It was extremely scary while our family was sleeping.

Très bel hôtel et surtout très confortable. Un peu excentré du centre de Lisbonne mais bouche de Métro à quelques minutes de marche qui fait oublier qu’on ait un peu loin du centre historique. Point fort, épicerie Pingo Doce juste à l’avant de l’établissement.

Top notch hotel staff - Service with a smile :-)

Amazing hotel staff made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities of home. Located stone's throw from football stadium and easy to commute downtown via taxi, bolt or Uber. A bit noisy until 11 PM on football nights due to proximity of stadium, but that's expected. We recommend.

Really nice hotel. Really recommend ungrading to have the kitchenette, it was so nice to have! The hotwl is next door to a grocery store which is really convenient. There isn't a lot near by for dinner options, but the hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was great too, worth paying for! Have paid parking onsite which was really good, and reasonable price. The beds were not the most comfortable, and it is a 12-15 min metro ride to the city centre. But the staff was really friendly and helpful.
