Only facts without personal feeling/bias are given below, We contacted the hotel 2 weeks ahead to let them know that we'd be arriving late and needed instruction on how to get key; We confirmed 2 more times and received instruction by email one day before arrival; We arrived at 21:30, tried the combination which they gave us in email on the lock box many times but it didn't work; We called 2 phone numbers which was in their email signature and the one shown on hotel.ca but no one answered; It was dark and late, we stood by the gate with our luggage, with no one being around to help; We then called hotel.ca customer service, for some reason, they were able to to reach out to the "hotel manager" and gave us the right code this time; What happened was, whoever sent us the email, made a typo and it's 1 digit off, so the lock box wouldn't open; We left early in the day and returned late at night so never met anyone in the lobby office; However, during our phone conversation, no sincerely apology was ever given. Instead, hotel manager couldn't stress enough that "This has never happened before. You should have called us. And you should see our review online, which is all good". We screenshot the phone numbers that we had access to that night (email, hotel.ca) as well as calling history. He said he'd give the staff penalty for sending the wrong code in the email and ignored his previous suggestion as if we didn't know that we needed to call for help; Enjoy your stay.

Ok Stay but no Hotel.

This is an apartment. Stayed in room 303 which can sleep I think 5 or 6 people. Relatively clean. The shower head should be replaced or cleaned though. No bed clean up or changes in towels. I think you could go down to reception and ask for them though. It had Netflix which was nice and was close to the train station. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. Local eats were good and cheaper than in the main tourist area.

I recommend it

I can't find anything to criticise. It was a great renovated old building, clean, comfortable and the service was fabulous. Google has a picture for the facade and it looks dirty but in fact it looked nicer. The place is about 15-20 mins walk from the city centre and we enjoyed walking and do the window shopping. After check out, you can leave your luggage at the reception (for free).

This property was a gem of a find. They arranged a shuttle for us from PRG Airport for a very reasonable price, clearly detailed check-in/out instructions, had a safe luggage storage area, and the unit was very clean and tidy. Would be hard to beat the price, location, and size of this property.

An excellent choice right in the heart of city center and pretty walkable from all main attractions.. tr connectivity is also great.. the instructions were so clear that we didn’t have to call for anything.. laundry onsite made our family trip easier.. there was an issue with water in the area for a day but the host was so well prepared he not only informed in advance but arranged for water for all apartments..

Very nice and clean place to stay!

Very central location. You can easily walk to the old town city center. Nice small apartment with very well equiped kitchen. The communication with David was always fast, kind and very helpful. The only point that really bothered us was the staff members which were extremly unfriendly. If it wasn't for that we would give full points.

太棒的住宿

冷靜公寓是非常優質的公寓，實際上比照片上更漂亮，裡面的設施一應俱全，舒適又乾淨，走路可輕鬆到達各景點，想搭公車地鐵也都幾分鐘可到，附近有大小超市自由選擇，還有一間好吃的越南餐廳，便宜又好吃，住宿時有非常詳細的住宿指南，付費的停車就在公寓內，安全便宜又方便，只是進來的大門還滿考驗開車技術的😊，非常值得推薦。

Großzügige Räume, wir hatten eine Comfort Wohnung. Zwar Ikea-Ausstattung, aber sehr geschmackvoll durch stylische Deckenlampen, Altbau, doppelflügelige Türen und goldfarbene Griffe an Türen und Fenstern. Schnökelloses Bad, WC extra, beides modern und mit Loccitane-Produkten ausgestattet. Super Service durch David. Kaffeemaschine gefüllt mit Kaffeebohnen als Begrüßung, sehr schmackhaft! Großer Bildschirm, keine Sender, aber Netflix for free! Alles in allem: super und danke!
