This one stay was not my first. I will always go back when coming to Sao Paulo. Far from the busy business centers, quite yet no far from many entertaiment places. I really recommend.

Not super bad but definitely not great.

Bathroom was not super clean, with dirt stains on the tiles and some unfinished or poorly made finishes. The room's television doesn't work (turns off after a few seconds), most channels were inaccessible, and there are no streaming apps. Not exactly a complaint, but they only keep one pillow per bed.

Recepção ruim, grosseiro, informação ruim no app sobre pagamento. Café da manha pobre, recepcionista do dafe da manhã me abordou e disse que não tinha os números dos nossos quartos, que não estava incluso café da manhã. Depois checou e disse que estava td bem...porém não se desculpou. Sacada dos quartos imundas com resquícios de reforma. Não condiz com outros hotéis da mesma rede. Não foi boa experiência.
