Great hotel great staff so obliging no hot water in the room I booked so they upgraded me at no extra cost staff were so good and manager was great really nice guy and couldn't do enough to help I will be back thank u

This is one of the extraordinary resorts in the world with a special spirit. Of course don't expect a 4 star hotel, but the location, staff and something else is amazing. I've been in many resorts all over the world most of them 4 or 5 stars, but I will keep this in mind. And definitely come back. A unique dinosaur in the world of glass, concrete and Mass tourism. Every room and all of the house are designed in a wonderful individual style. I love it.

great place for adults

My stay was great, I will defiantly stay there again. I'll be heading back in March 2020 and I will book the same room. Staff was great and I had no problems bringing in guest. Aswsome place.

love cave, nice place to have some playful hours cosy room something did not went right with my costs for minibar. i was charged 2 times and the lady at the reception kept on billing me and only gave half of Kaution back. this is reason enough not to come there again, even when i liked the place

1. I like the quirky interiors, the narrow staircase, the lighting in the hotel interiors.. 2. The higher priced rooms ( I dont remember their names) are visually appealing & i WIll (if i am ALIVE) will not try any other hotel BUT THE PENTHOUSE - ADULTS ONLY!!! 2 thumbs up for the hotel... 3. The manager named Mr. David an English bloke is kind & warm hearted and will help you in any possible way... May God bless him with GOOD HEALTH & MAY THE PROPERTY COME BACK TO ITS FULL GLORY WHCH WAS THERE SOME YEARS BACK... 4. It is just that, the hotel needs to mantain the hotel.... A UNIQUE HOTEL.... Nice clean hotel and great service but older - so if you're looking for a 5 star hotel keep moving. I enjoyed my stay here. I got the Thailand vibe/experience and it was in a nice area close to Walking Street and the beach but not too close - I slept well at night. The breakfast and staff were excellent.
