Business Trip April 2018

It was a great Hotel for business, with great big rooms good enough for meeting suppliers. The location near the airport and train station is superb (I had to use the high speed trains to Yiwu and Suzhou, and only a 10 minute taxi ride. The area around the Hotel is being developed with retail malls, but right now, not much developed to "walk around". We tried to meet vendors in their lobby, which most hotels allow, but this Hotel put up a stink, interrupting our meetings twice, which we found strange. Thus they lost points in my service evaluation. They had a beautiful empty lobby which was never used during my 5 nights there. Anyway- we moved the meeting to the Hotel room, which was fine anyways. Food restaurant was located in another building, and the food was very good with a wide variety of local and western foods. The rooms were fantastic, clean, large, and modern and new. I would definitely stay again. Only downfall is that the WIFI was very sporadic and e-mails downloaded at a snails pace, even e-m ails with no attachments.

A solid 5 all around. Brand new hotel.

The area is not fully built (dec 2017) and may feel a bit remote. The hotel itself is spectacular, great amenities, full set of appliances, excellent comfort. Would return anytime.

Excellent Hotel

Booked the spur of the moment and absolutely happy with the descion. Top notch hotel. Room and hotel staff were impeccable. Also, hotel staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others! Only con is that it is quite pricey but found an excellent deal on Expedia :)

Very close to the train station, and there is a 24hrs convenience store close by. The “Residence” is different than the Hotel, if you like to have a kitchen and washing machine in your room, Residence is a very nice choice.

Nice and quiet Hotel close to Hongqiao station

very impressive hotel staff team. Got upgraded to suite with kitchen, my boy felt like travel like in North America, comfort like home. the only thing is that there is no detergent available with the washing machine, no dryer in suite as well, so I could not get laundry done in room as I wished after a long travel in China. the idea they provide washing machine for non-use purpose is kind of funny.

空調不能控制是致命傷，冬天不會入住！

空調是中央控制的，房內只有供暖，異常悶熱，要關掉空調開窗讓空氣流通，感覺很難受。 第二天打掃房間沒有補充沐浴液，致使第二晚要用肥皂洗澡，非常不便。

The Primus residence Shanghai Hongqiao This hotel was awesome clean the bed was to die for. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English which I do know basic Chinese. One thing no shuttle to Shanghai Pudong international airport. Only shuttle to Hongqiao airport which was perfect for me. xie xie Ni
