The property was quiet, nearby shops, restaurants, and great transport links. The bed was very comfy, with clean bedsheets and towels provided. The shower door didn't close, also the walls had lits of stains and marks, lick of fresh paint would make the property look perfect.

Great breakfast and housekeeping was on top of all! Liked having parking available although car not needed since s and ubahn connection excellent. Big shopping center across the hotel and apartments. Would stay here again :)

Good location with lots of excellent local restaurants. Close to the Berlin public train service. The neighborhood is vibrant and nice - lots of families and ethnic restaurants. Hotel is very clean and quiet.

Good location

Great location near the S-bahn, nice sized rooms, good hot shower and comfy beds. Plenty of cupboard space, friendly staff and there was a safe in the room which was useful. Only slight issue was that we couldnt get the air con to work and it was pretty hot throughout the night, but the windows opened for a breeze at least.

The check in had a long long wait. The concierge not speak english. Only one person at the concierge and common areas. Long wait for checking in. In the room there was not minimum room requirement line iron, body lotion, conditioner shampoo etc. We booked a one bedroom suite but we were given a bathelor room. The room was too noisy at night because of trafic around. As if the windows do not have good sound dampening effect. All together i would not come back and would not recommend.

We stayed in their apart suite which had a bedroom and kitchen. We were a party of 4. Sofa bed wasn’t made and no mattress cover available, had to ask at reception for one which they did deliver. Kitchen unit was large but there was only a kettle with 2 cups, no further cutlery or crockery. Staff were friendly but not professionally trained. I occasionally was talking to 3 people at the same time in different languages. Breakfast was nice enough but too expensive. However, it is cheaper than most places I’ve looked at and it is clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the location is great! You can explore Berlin quite easily from there and even take trains further out eg Leipzig. There are lots of food options in the shopping centre 2 minutes away. Still a great option for families.

This hotel was in a great location, super accessible by public transit. The room overall was bare and kind of dimly lit, but had a LOT of space. The kitchenette had a sink and fridge.

Outside of main city but takes 4 minutes to get to Berlin hbf, nice area and loads of shopping and food options. Also really pretty room, but had to pay if you wanted kitchen utensils.

A great ApartHotel

A neat apartment Hotel approximately 6km from Brandenburg gate. Car parking available at the property for EUR 18 per day. There is a kettle in the apartment but no kitchen/cooking which wasn’t a concern for us. There are lots of eateries close by and Uber costs around EUR 12-15 (non peak hours) to get to main attraction centres. I would stay here again.

Sport club

Apartment with a lot of space, easy to get to and from! Next to train station that will take you to the airport in 30 minutes. Highly recommended if you want something with good space and do not feel that you need to be in the heart of Berlin. Time to the heart of Berlin is 5 min with train, 1 station.

Not for families with teenage kids.

Went here with our family 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had a room for 4 people and the teenagers had to share a minimal sofa to sleep. They did not sleep well at all. So, place is not recommended for more than 2 persons/ room.

The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi.

The most disgusting hotel i have ever been to, the room cleaning was like no cleaning at all. same bed sheets every day. A thick layer of dust no matter where you look. After three days the room is still dirty. The most surprising thing was they didn't change the bed sheets. The bed for my children was so disgusting, with big stains all over. Every day we found little animals called silverfish all around the room. Rude staff very big Challenge to stay at this hotel. I wouldn't even stay there for free.

Quality accomodation but when you book an 'apart hotel' with a large kitchen, one expects to get plates, knives and forks, an oven ... All these thing where €30 extra/day and where not mentioned on the Expedia website.
