We hadn't completed the Identity verification before arriving. The website wouldn't allow us to enter pictures of our passports. The local customer service number in Finland was not working. We had to call the customer service number in Germany to talk to someone who sent us another link to take pictures of our passports and of us to complete the verification which took another 20 minutes to verify. There was no signage on the building on how to proceed.

You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID!

Pieniä puutteita, mutta muuten mukava.

Muuten kaikki oli oikein hyvin, mutta suihkuhuoneen lattiassa ei ollut mitään kaatoa, eikä lattiaa saanut kunnolla kuivaksi. Pyyhkeille ei ollut kuvauspaikkaa. Kesähelteellä ilmastointi olisi ollut paikallaan. Ikkunaa ei voinut pitää auki, kun viereisellä parkkipaikalla nuoriso keuli äänekkäästi mopoillaan.

Sehr schöne Aufenthalt

Das Apartmenthotel ist sehr gut gelegen, gegenüber befindet sich ein grosses Einkaufszentrum und es nicht weit weg von der Autobahn. Für uns auf der Durchreise war dies perfekt. Das Zimmer mit der Küchenzeile ist sehr gross und hat ein schönes und modernes Design. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber.

Hotelli Forenum Kempele

Pidän enemmän hotellista, jossa on respa paikanpäällä. Ongelmia lisävuoteen kanssa, johon olisi ollut heti hyvä saada apua, mutta kyllähän siitä sitten itsekin selvittiin. Mutta vuode ei ollut oikein toimiva kaikesta huolimatta. Huone oli kuitenkin liian ahdas neljälle, ei pitäisi mainostaa sopivana niin monelle kun on pari teiniä mukana. Aamupala-toive ei ollut mennyt perille, johtui ehkä siitä, kun vahvistusviestit tulivat englanniksi, enkä sen vuoksi kunnolla asiaan perehtynyt. Ja tämä oli iso puute. Hyvää oli kuitenkin oma pieni keittonurkka ja jääkaappi. Ja siisti paikka muuten. Oli myös ennakkomainos vieressä olevasta hienosta uimalasta, mutta se olikin kiinni.

Loistava reissumaja Kempeleessä.

Loistava valinta matkaajille jotka haluavat vain nukkua, käydä suihkussa ja nauttia omatoimisen aamiaisen. Jättimäinen kauppakeskus ZEPPPELin ja LIDL aivan lähellä. ST1 huoltis myös, jossa BURGER KING. Korkeat huoneet ja todella iso kylppäri suihkulla. Iso jääkaappi ja kaikki astiat jne huoneessa.
