Amazing place to stay in Grenoble. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were very friendly and supportive, location is right in the heart of city centre. Will always come here whenever there’s need to stay in Grenoble

Parking 18€ is only offsite, not onsite. Strange noise initially when entered the room, but eventually noise this sound went away and night was peaceful, very quiet, despite next to elevator. Not a smart TV (does not support casting Netflix on it). Kitchen not used but seemed ok. Bath very clean, despite needing some refreshing.

Due to covid there is no breakfast buffet but there is a kitchenette (dishes, sink, fridge, stove). They put the breakfast in the fridge which was a good amount of food. they have a coffee machine/kettle in each room with coffee pods/tea bags/hot chocolate. Shower had good pressure. All of this for a pretty cheap price!

Right downtown in old Grenoble! Walking distance to everything. Spacious apartment. Much better then staying in a regular hotel room since we were visiting with our son.

Terrible Experience at the Residhotel Grenette

We had a terrible experience with this booking and ended up staying elsewhere for the night despite having made and paid for this booking. We arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour drive just before 1 am. There was no one there to let us in - we saw that there were instructions on the door for check-in after 10pm. There was a number that we were supposed to call for late check-ins WHICH DID NOT WORK. We then searched around and found another number which somebody finally answered. Please keep in mind that this is now past 1 am in the morning. We were on the phone with this person for 11 minutes (from our Canadian cellphone on roaming!) and had great difficulty getting instructions on how to get into the hotel. We finally managed to get an entry code to enter the premises and pick up an envelope with our room key. Once we got up to the room, the card did not work and we could not enter the room! THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO HELP US! My wife is 6 months pregnant, and tt this point, it was close to 2 am in foreign and unknown city and we had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. We ended up paying for 2 bookings for the night, not to mention the atrocious roaming cellphone charges.

Good affordable hotel

This was a perfectly reasonably place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, great neighbourhood. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise, a perfectly enjoyable stay. Location is great - we even had a nice view of the mountains.

Too much noise from the street

The hotel is right to next to some kind of red-light district and there was noise coming from the streets all night long. If you want a good night's sleep, I would aim for a hotel in another area.

Bonjour, Je suis arrivé à 22h15, mais personne pour m’accueillir alors que c’est bien écrit 22h30. Un numéro de téléphone à l’entrée qui réponds au bout du 7ème appel (il raccrocher bien sûr) La propreté laisse à désiré ! Les poubelle pas changer, une serviette rempli de fond de teint, Les toilettes des traces d’urine le long des wc c’est une catastrophe.
