Overall location was good and good space. We did find pest activity in our apartment and told the receptionist at check out and the reaction seemed it was not a surprise. They apologized but that definitely put a damp In the experience.

Overall it was more than we were expecting. The apartment was so large we could easily live there. There were a few small cleanliness issues and one of the windows that opens was broken and wouldn't shut. Otherwise it was a beautiful building.

Great view, great location, great bed

Enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing, the bed was great, the layout was awesome. 5 min walk to Orchid avenue. Wish the hotel staff was slightly more friendly but that's what you get with self serve. Only a block from the beach and has a gorgeous pool area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous condo in Surfer's Paradise.

We spent 3 nights here. This condo is immaculate. Has 2 balconies with a view to the ocean (not oceanfront) and to a canal. Newer and comfy furniture. Bed comfortable. Shower had amazing water pressure. Laundry worked great. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Underground parking. Central to everything. The internet worked really well. The price was fantastic.

Great place to stay

Modern, clean and pleasing facilities, with spacious rooms and nice views; short walk to the beach. Pool and BBQ area is lovely. Front desk staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful, makes a difference. Wifi at no charge, yay! And OK gym.

Awesome hotel by the Surfers Paradise beach

Excellent experience. WE loved it there. 2 bedroom condo on the 15th floor. MUST stay there, close to everything without it being noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment type hotel, close to beach

Great hotel, kitchen, laundry and nice living room and balcony , ocean view balcony able to see sunrise and sunset . 2mins walk to beach and close walk to mall and shopping Center . Very good experience. Recommend
