Beautiful den Bosch

The property was in a really good location, close to most things a traveler requires. However, the check-in instructions were sent in Dutch, and when we sent an email indicating that we couldn’t understand them, the response was also in Dutch. Checking in turned out to be OK, however we didn’t see a soul in the reception area for the entire stay of 4 nights. It is hard to call this a hotel, when there is no one to speak to at any time.

We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. The bed room was nice and cozy with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The heater worked very well which we really appreciated given the inclement weather we experienced. A second railing on the very challenging staircase could provide additional safety.

- Mooie/geweldige kamer, schoon. - Code voor de deur wist ik niet. Moest ik voor bellen. - zelf inchecken vind ik niet grappig. - geen personeel aanwezig. - je kunt niet kiezen voor een ontbijt. Moet je van te voren al weten/en reserveren. - ga je in de ochtend er uit kom je er niet meer in. Dus iets vergeten is niet handig.

Locatie was goed en redelijk schoon. Onze kamer was op een onhandige ongemakkelijke plek en het was erg gehorig. Slecht geslapen door langdurig rumoer boven ons.

Prima hotel. Inchecken was lastig. Er is niemand aanwezig. Via telefoon ging het goed. Eén trapleuning zat los en het douche putje loopt niet goed door. Daardoor overstroomde de badkamer
