Amazing facilities and exceeded expectations! Only complaint was the grab and go app was not compatible with our Canadian phones, and there are no really close amenities in the area as hotel is in an industrial park.

worst experience at Global Luxury Suites

We didn't get the instruction email as they promised before we get to the apartment, so we couldn't get into the building. It was midnight, we called the phone # and the lady who answered the phone was very slow. We stayed out of the building for about one hour, it was midnight! We were so tired after the long flight! But it was not the worst time: the weather was cold, my son couldn't sleep because the blanket was so thin. We called the customer service the next morning, told her we need one more blanket, the lady asked us:"You need blanket? why you call me?!!!" We got nothing the second night until we called Expedia . The cost is expensive, and the service was so bad!

Actually, I enjoyed my stay here although it was really not what I thought when I placed order. Totally I wouldn't refer it as a hotel and I would say the "24 hours front desk" stated in hotel's information should be correct as " 24 hours customer service hotline". or "virtual front desk". What I got was a 2 bedroom apartment in a rental building. You will find you are among the tenants who work nearby and several doors with lock-boxes like realtor uses to keep keys in are units for short staying customer like you. The swimming pool in the hotel photo is not real. I think the photo is only a plan and when developer of the building built the it they change it to a parking lot. The apartment is spacious and clean. Furniture and appliances are new and equipped well. I like in-suite washer and dryer. It seems there are not any regular house keeping if you don't phone "front desk". I have to say I felt little bit uncomfortable when I read the notice on the coffee table which stated " you should move out leave the property as the same condition as you move in". That's not a way any hotel do their business. Beside above unusual check-in, check-out style I felt good and comfortable for the sense of staying in my apartment in my hometown. I don't care use the elevator with other tenants bring their bicycle in. The beds are comfortable and clean. Full kitchen is well equipped. Parking is easy and Wi-Fi is dedicated only for you as fast as mine in my house. I like it.

FALSE ADVERTISING THIS CONDO IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We booked this condo, luxury 2 bedroom, for our stay in The Menlo Park area. Pictures online showed, complete property, with gym, pool etc...To our surprise when we arrived, the entire centre of the property is under construction. There is no front desk, no pool, no gym.. We contacted Global Luxury Suites, Churchill properties for an explanation and they were not even familiar with their own property. They said "so sorry we made a mistake, we thought the property was completed". I asked for a refund, as we booked it as a family vacation and our kids were super disappointed with the lack of pool and gym and common area for play and they ignored our request... what a disappointing response. I have friends and family that work in the Area, and I will be certain to advertise that NO EMPLOYEE, FAMILY OR BUSINESS TRAVELLER SHOULD BOOK AT THIS FACILITY. Shame on you Global Luxury suites for false advertising, not backing up the quality of your brand with a refund, not caring about the stay of your customers and ignoring communication.

“Luxury” is a bit misleading…

No hot water in the morning, water pressure was very poor. Room smelled of chemicals / cleaning solution to the point of being over powering. Half the treadmills in the gym were broken.

The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location.

The Anton Menlo apartments were superb. The complex was quite exquisite. The apartment was very very nice. Everything you could want for all the basic things. The sky roof was quite a nice touch to be able to have it available and use it. The team was always on hand to respond to all inquiries no matter how trivial. Awesome experience

Roomy private apartment in new complex

Great new property of separate apartments, full kitchen, bath, livingroom, laundry, huge walkin closet. There is no agent or desk onsite, all communication is via email and phone. The self-service means codes at the door, lockbox with a key, etc. so have a PDF viewer on your phone ready to navigate that process. Would recommend for longer-term stays, more homey than a hotel room for sure!

The neighbors on top can he heard with any movement making it difficult to sleep. There is nothing around the area that is walking distance and it’s industrial plus car dealers.

I enjoyed my stay here at Anton Menlo Residences. It's a fairly safe and overall quiet neighborhood. You hear the noise from the freeway nearby but other than that it's a decent location. The apartment is new so everything is in working order. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fans however. There is a nice bathtub, a full kitchen, and laundry machine inside the apartment. The space is great for 1-2 persons. There is ample free parking outside. Units can be accessed via elevators. I asked for a room on a higher floor and it had a great view facing the sunset which is really nice. Pleasant smell inside the building. Nice big pool with lounge chairs available to you as a guest. Unit has also a big balcony but no outdoor furniture to sit on. Would recommend this place and will stay here again. Communication was good between the hosts, responsive to my requests and accommodating. Thank you!

I had a week long business trip to Menlo Park and this place looked good from the website. Problem is it is not a hotel and there is no front desk or anyone there to help you check in. You have to do it all online through a janky app from 1990’s AOL era. And places like the coffee ‘cafe’ have coffee machines but no cups so you can’t use them. No room service and nothing to walk to, had to take Ubers everywhere or DoorDash. If you’re looking for a hotel, keep looking as this is not one.

The unit itself was great, Very clean and comfortable, with more than all the amenities I needed. Fantastic. However, the property is in a bad location and is also poorly maintained. An alarm was beeping in the hallway the entire time I was there, and no one ever came to check on it. Fortunately I couldn't hear the beeping inside the unit.

Overall a really positive stay, only downside were some ants in the bathroom...

Overall this process and property is great. They had all the little things that you need, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, TP. Everything was clean and nice, and there were laminated info cards that were very useful. One big downside, though, was that the bathroom had ants. They showed up occasionally to hunt through the garbage or to the shower/bath if there was water. I tried to keep things clean so they didn't start moving to other areas, which they did occasionally go looking elsewhere but the infestation was kept to the bathroom. Everything else was nice and as described, and the process was thorough and informative, so I'm giving it a high rating, but I really hope they deal with the ants because that did make the stay rather icky at times.

The check in was very challenging. No one sent an email as to how to get into the property. I was staying there because I flew in for a surgery. It was a very uncomfortable environment. It was located to a highway, it was load, noisy, and you can see the lighting from outside. Very difficult to rest, and have a quiet a d dark environment.
