Floors dirty couch stained. Uncomfortable furniture. Kitchen isnt set up properly with needed supplies and dishes etc for use in oven or like spices jug etc. The staff was obliging to bring supplies. The smell in the building is horendous. Very good area to take tours though and downtown shopping is close. Windows were very dirty. We told staff not to come in room and they were in there when we got back from tour

Great location, and a superb room. The kind size bed was heaven. The check in process was one of the best - quick, easy and allowed us to enter the room at 8am! And the lobby smells fantastic. The only disappointment was the pool and the dirty windows (windows they are working on). The pool was tiny and in a really cold area. We really wanted to go for a dip but couldn’t brave the freezing cold. The view from the 32nd floor is a killer, unfortunately the dirty windows took a bit away from the experience. Greatly recommend this hotel - perfect for vacation and business travel, solo or with a family. Would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Everything you need

Perfect Location - walking distance to restaurants, shops and botanical gardens. Perfect because parking is so expensive in that area. Parking for the hotel is 30$ per 24hrs in the apollo parking lot right below the hotel, good price considering the others and you have in and out privileged. Apartment has everything you need and there is a grocery store within a walking distance. Super happy would absolutely stay again and recommend. Stayed with a newborn they have cribs available for 15$ per day

Lots of construction on this building yet. Hallways extremely hot, rooms good. Clean but had a beeping noise from a fire alarm in room..low battery? So was annoying. Staff very nice. Will be great when construction complete

If your looking for a fabulous location at a reasonable price this is the right place!! The room was neat and clean but poorly appointed. We were a family of four staying for 8 days and we got one roll of toilet paper?! So hard to cook anything in the kitchen as there weren’t many cooking utensils or dishes. The place could use a bit more furniture, art and at least one full length mirror. The bathrooms were really spacious and well designed. Parking is not included which wasn’t really clear upon booking. And yes, lots of construction, it starts at 6:30am!! The 2 elevators that were set for our floors (17-30) did not always work which made for long waits.

Nice apartment hotel!

Even though the tower was under construction there was little noise or interruption to our stay. They upgraded us at the front desk which was a nice treat. The apartment was brand new with nice new appliances which would be useful for a longer stay. The pool and gym were tiny but not crowded so it worked well. Great location right downtown. Good value for the product!

brand new development still under construction so low rates no real complaints about the work relatively low noise/disturbance all equipment brand new few teething problems but no real issues great location parking is expensive nearby but there are options if you look online good place to rest your head

Classy apartment in the middle of town

The receptionist was gracious enough to let us check in early. Once inside we found a very classy and spacious apartment. The location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby. On the downside, the bathroom lacks hooks, and the gym needs cleaning.

Room with a view

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Carpets and paintwork was a little dilapidated. TV was outdated. View was awesome from the 53rd floor. Location and proximity to Brisbane city was great.
