위치는 지하철역하고 가깝고 시설은 xoxo.. 했으나 일단 침대가 청결하지 않은듯했습니다 자고 일어나면 계속 간지러웠고요... 제가 요청한 옵션하고 방 옵션이 달랐고 익스피디아로 결제하면서 수수료를 지급했으나 그 수수료를 또 중복해서 받음.. 돌려 받았지만... 별로 추천안해요

정말 좋습니다

첫 일본여행이었는데 여행 몇일 전부터 미리 카톡으로 연락주시고 헷갈리는 일 없게 잘 설명해주셨습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 관리도 굉장히 잘 되어있습니다. 오사카 숙소는 주변 소음 문제 많다고 들었는데 소음걱정 하나도 없는 위치에 있습니다. 가까운 곳에 세븐일레븐 패밀리마트 있고 무엇보다 지하철이 코앞이라 이동할때 굉장히 편합니다. 이 가격에 이런식으로 모든게 좋으니 기분좋게 여행했네요ㅠㅠㅠ 감사합니다!!

非常親切的接待人員，我們比預定的時間早了一個小時，沒想到接待人員沒多久就出現了。知道我們不會講日文和英文，特地打電話給會講中文的人，請他與我們溝通，這實在是太貼心了。地鐵出口就有電梯，離飯店近，附近有超市和便利商店，這是一間非常推薦的房間。

地點好，離谷町九丁目4號出口，走路不到5分鐘。，路口有兩家全家，一家7-11。附近走路10分鐘內有玉出超市，離黑門市場走路15分鐘內可以到達，很方便。民宿主人很好。房間很乾淨。唯一挑剔的是~床，不好睡

位置方便，屋主有善，及非常重視住戶體驗

和地鐵站很近，交通方便房間不算很大，不過設施齊備、乾淨舒服。兩個人住剛剛好，三人可能會有點擠逼。我們check in時發生了些混亂，應該是和鄰房調亂了房，但房東很快就解決了問題，還專誠登門道歉，後來還在我們房間放了小禮物表示歉意。房東對住客的重視程度令人留下深刻印象。我們很樂意向人推薦這家酒店。

가족여행으로 아주 좋습니다. 일반적인 호텔은 아니지만 내집처럼 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 지하철 역과도 가까워서 편리하지만 시내 중심가는 아니라 조용하고 좋았습니다. 전자렌지 커피포트 세탁기 전기스토브 티비가 구비되어 매우 편리했습니다.

친절하고 깔끔한 숙소

숙소가 굉장히 아늑하고 깔끔해요. 지어진지 얼마 안되서 그런지 시설도 좋았어요. 주방도 있어서 조리해먹을수도 있어요! 그리고 주변이 조용하고 근처에 먹을만 한 곳이 많아서 좋았어요. 거기에 사장님이 친절하시고 알려주시고 해서 즐겁게 여행했네요. 하루 일정마무리하고 목욕하고 베란다 나가면 상쾌하더라구요. 가격두 괜찮고 오사카 여행오시면 이 숙소 추천할게요. 짱짱!!

靜中帶旺而交通便捷之舒適公寓式宿泊

由地鉄谷町九丁目站4號出口轉右徒步3分鐘即達，附近有許多不同種類的食店。露台景觀開揚，有晾晒設備；室內，日間陽光充足；開放式廚房，電磁爐具、和洋食具一應俱全，有樽裝水、咖啡、紅茶、綠茶提供；廁所跟浴室梳洗間分開，浴室與梳洗間有間隔，三人同時分別使用廁所、浴室和梳洗間，互不打擾，方便省時；梳洗間設有吹髮器和洗衣機，效能優良。整體乾淨舒適、雅緻寧靜。

오사카 2박3일 여행 숙소시설 덕분에 잘 갖다 왔어요 ~~

해외여행 처음 이어서 숙박 시설이 어떨까 궁금했었는데 동네라서 시내가 조용하고 숙소외부에 보안시설 잘 갖춰져 있어서 안심이 되었어요 방은 9층에서 배정 받았는데 호텔스닷컴에서 제공했던 실물 사진과 같은 방이었어요 ~~ 대중교통이 가까웆 지하철역에서 도보로 5분거리에 있고 공항버스리무진 정류소가 5~7분 이내에 있는 거리라서 대중교통도 이용하기에 편리해요 숙소 내부에는 화장실이 따로 설치가 되어있고 세탁기랑 욕실이 같이 붙어있고,냉장고,주방시설도 갖춰져 있어요 침실은 주방과 같이 있고 침대와 이불 베개가 새로 세탁 한 것처럼 깨끗하고 잠자기엔 좋아요 ~ 현지 관리인(사장님)분께서 한국인이셔서 언어소통이 잘 되었고, 일본 근무하는 직원들과 일본어로 소통도 하실 정도로 잘하시고 추천 관광지 설명도 해주시니 여행을 편안하게 갖다 올 수 있었습니다 그리고 숙소내에 이용하는 가스나 보일러, 현관문 잠그는 방법까지 소소한거 다 알려주셔서 여행이 즐거웠어요 ^^
