We enjoyed our stay..close to transportation..the light rail is right outside your door...lots of room in the studio luxury suite. Walking distance to Darling Harbour, CBD, and much more.

The property overall was okay but the bathroom was a big disappointment. The shower accessibility was poor and cumbersome as you couldn’t lay out an exit mat until you fully opened the swinging door. There was no grab bar and dangerous to properly clean your feet. The grate in the middle of the bathroom floor was not secured so if you stepped on it, it would stick to your foot

Elevators were an issue during our stay, especially on our day of check out. Only one elevator was operational while others stayed on 38 and 39 floor on the morning of a check during a Saturday. Elevator would skip the floor despite button being pressed, or would be full to capacity. We were 6 people were waiting for an elevator on our floor, for over 15 minutes all had to to walk down from the 17th floor and exit via the back lane and having to walk back around to the front of the building. No concierge at the front desk upon arrival, and both were slow when they finally made an appearance Made me miss my train to the airport, having to coordinate alternative transportation and a rushed airline process. Very unacceptable to have limited elevator service operating during peak checkout time especially having seniors and people with heavy luggage having to traverse stairways and exit in to alley ways.

Excellent property! The rooms were very spacious and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of coffee for the machine. And if you ran out of anything....I mean anything, they were very quick ti bring it to you. Would of gave it a 5 star all around if they cleaned our room in the middle of our stay opposed to near the end. I would stay here again!!

The property is exactly as advertised and well situated with a nearby grocery store. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the George Street light rail transit lines make travel very easy. Washer and dryer were easy to use and there was also an iron and ironing board. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is ideally situated very close to the light rail transportation and to a grocery store. The suite had a greatcselection of cookware and utensils. Dish soap was even included. The washing machine and dryer were in excellent condition and very easy to use.
