It’s walking distance to grocery shops which was great. Had to get the manual out to try figure out the stove top which was hard to operate. The TV also didn’t want to play anything even though it was connected to the wifi. The carpark is tight to navigate in some spots. Overall was a great place to stay.

Really tasteful and quality decor. We enjoyed our stay and would Definitely consider going back.We stayed in May for the Cirque show which was a short stroll across to Flemington. The pool was heated and so beautifully clean. The spacious areas were resort like. Our check in was smooth and Stanley was so friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The pool on level 19 was definitely the highlight. Being on Level 1 there was noise from the road which was annoying. The staff at reception were nice and the location is good for public transport options with a tram stop only 5min walk away.

2 strikes and we are out!

We've stayed twice so far for one reason....the location to the showgrounds. The staff are lovely, however the room comfort level is awful. Low uncomfortable couch, makes trying to chill out after a long day impossible. The extra chair was horrid, dining table had one chair. Bed was a double and not a Queen. We won't stay again

The place was good. There was a smell in the bathroom like something died and it was coming from the drain in the floor. The 19th floor pool and view was amazing.

Good Location, request ignored.

Hotel was fine and confortable however i request a high floor but they put us on 3rd floor, very dissapointing, also 2 cards should be given for the apartment as the card is required for power the apartment.

The room was nice and spacious. No TV in the bedroom though which was disappointing. Parking was extra on top of the cost of the room which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. My one and only time here I’m afraid.
