Weekend in the City.

Property was as described with great views over the river and marina opposite. The Free City Tram leaves from outside the building, Woolworths is a very short walk and there are a number of restaurants and take aways in walking distance.

The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source.

Great location and views. Minor improvements would be having a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable, providing face washers and more than 1 towel each. Apartment was clean.

My family loved the apartment, especially the river views and the pool. The room was clean and well supplied for our stay. The car parking was reasonably priced and accessible. The only thing that was a slight downside was that our mattress was a bit hard for our liking.

Would never stay here again. No parking had to walk around the block and pay to use Woolworths car park which was $40 a night. Booked a room with one double bed and a queen bed got a double and two singles. Upon trying to organising carpark and to get the right Room they wouldn’t answer the phone because was out of hours and said they were only responding to an email so I could park as it was out of hours, they never fixed to room a couple had to sleep separately and one even left after the first night due to parking and sleeping arrangements. They were extremely rude during our stay and after when we had an issue receiving the deposit back they we’re basically yelling at my husband and told him they were busy to send a text. The room smelt unclean, there was mould in the shower. Worst experience ever.

Excellent location comfortable apartment

clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Pay extra for a carpark this is convenient. apartment within the free tram zone, the tram stops just outside of the apartment, really handy. Beautiful environment plus few facilities inside the apartment such as swimming pool and gym

Great location, walkable to the office and the in room facilities and hotel amenities were very good. The room was pretty light though, and there was a considerable amount of noise from outside which affected sleep quality.
