Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

No towels, one set of cutlery for four people, fighting and yelling on the street every night, no laundry powder/liquid. Expensive parking which wasn’t even secure. Three paper thin pillows provided, only one toilet roll for a week stay.

The property was very noisy at night with screaming and shouting, we got up at 7 and vacated the property as bed was uncomfy with only 1 pillow per person

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night. The best sheets were dirty. The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold. There was noise all night

Desappointed

It’s about all the surrounding, it’s unsafe for a family or kids, please avoid unless your desperate. Lots of drug dealers and dodgy people there asking me where to find drugs. I trusted hotels.com but now I’m very not sure about your ratings and I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have a 7/10.

Vi havde 2 rum til 3 personer. Elendige senge. Elendige sovesofaer. Det ene rum var hamrende varmt da alle radiatorer kørte for fuld drøn og den ene kunne ikke slukkes. Forfærdelig stank i hele lejlighedskomplekset. Eneste positive, meget centralt i Leicester

가성비가 좋습니다. 전자렌지 및 식기 도구들이 있어서 편리했습니다. 체크인시 담당 직원이 어디랑 통화하는지 모르지만 10분동안 기다린 것이 흠이었고, 객실에 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 머리가 아팠습니다.

Decent basic accommodation

Room as expected for the price, clean enough and everything in working order. Convenient location, easy to come and go as you please, staff were nice and helpful. Would have liked spare loo roll, towels and toiletries as one of everything wasn't enough for 3/4 days. Walls were very thin, doors slammed loudly and mattress was thin and bumpy, so sleep quality was poor.

Friendly helpful staff,give us information on local pubs and places to eat,etc, apartment got the essentials ie modern kitchen microwave, cooker oven, plates,spoons,fork,.included fridge tea,coffee, sugar, etc,information leaflets,maps, in reception ,ie will phone for delivery of take away food, Taxi,etc

The stay overall was fine for what we needed but the cleanliness wasn’t great. The halls smelt like smoke and weed to the extent it was almost intoxicating. Our apartment was okay, but we found brown splodges on the bath, bath Matt, one of the pillows and sheet. We did try to clean these purely for our own comfort in the cleanliness but still not great. Slightly noisy due to being on main road but wasn’t too bad. Good location for the town as well.

AWFUL. Checked out early because the room was so bad and the ‘management’ promise a refund then when you chase it up they tell you they’ve not got time to deal with your query. Dirty rooms, poor communication, relocated when I arrived to check in to a different apartment block altogether - which they didn’t notify me about before arrival. AVOID!

There is no communication from the staff even though it is a serviced apartment they won't come for our need and also they charge for cleaning and the internet is very slow they providing. The other flatmates are very noisy and the fire alarms goes on many nights we are not able to sleep.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have never checked straight out of anywhere before but I was in this property for less than an hour before I cancelled my stay and booked another hotel. On arrival the windows were wide open in the apartment and it was -1 outside so the room was freezing. The tiny little heater in the corner was not going to heat the room up enough to allow me to sleep in it. The place was very dirty, rubbish from previous people still in the bin, all cutlery and utensils dirty and the washing up equipment was all full of old food so wouldn't have helped clean. There were also no towels in the apartment so I was unable to have a shower. When I tried to call to ask about towels there was no answer. And no answer when I tried to call about checking out. Luckily hotels.com were kind enough to honour a refund for me as I was told by them that they contacted the property a number f times over a few days ad still got no response from them to issue a refund.
