Not worth the Money

The bathroom toilet kept overflowing for three days. The maintenance man was unable to fix it. The room is very old with couch had tares in it. We moved to another room and the bedroom A/C unit never worked only blew hot air. Mantenance was me to fix. The sinks was very slow to drain. There were nats all over the bathroom. The hot water only lasted for maybe 2-3 minutes. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room but there was none. The elevators 3 out of 4 were broken for more than a day. The floor tiles in the room were old and cracked. The refrigerator did not work only slightly kept things like warm.

Knowing this is an old hotel, maintaining it should be intentional. I hope that, Guest should not be misled for free parking, coz its not an issue, if we are informed up front, rather than given an excused that all free parking is used up.

Pictures are deceiving, the room is dirty, bedcovers are very old looking, sofa was ripped, so disappointed, restaurant was close so you need to go outside to eat, complimentary parking is first come first serve, if full you will have to pay parking 20 pesos per hour, even if you have a room booked ☹️
