The staff are superb and look after all guests so well. The rooms are spacious and quiet with all modern appliances including espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.

Meitaki maata to all the staff at Kia Orana Villas, my children and I absolutely loved our stay. Our Villa was soo beautiful with everything you could ever need and we loved having the pool right outside our doorstep. The best 8 days ever! The general manager Sane is an angel and whatever they pay her they should double it. The team of people that work here are so lovely and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay the first and second time around and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Couldn't ask for better staff always had smile on there face, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Cleanliness was spot on. Just to mention Arriving at night was a bit daunting as it was very dark trying to find our villa and there was a few wild dogs barking as we got out the taxi. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be returning for sure
