If you don't mind the walking out to the main road in the heat, then this is the place for you. It's like a villa/apt of your own. We got a honeymoon villa that is more than 400 square feet and that includes, a bathroom, a simple kitchen area, dining, sitting, and bed.

Here for a week with my 2 daughters and grandson, we had a 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and well presented both inside and out, well equiped kitchen ( if you wanted to cook) Amazinglycomfortable beds and the pool was directly outside our villa. Sane was very helpful and organised our car hire for us. Our first visit to Rarotonga and hopefully not the last, a truly unspoilt beautiful place. Patricia (UK)

The general manager Sane is an angel and whatever they pay her they should double it. The team of people that work here are so lovely and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay the first and second time around and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Couldn't ask for better staff always had smile on there face, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Cleanliness was spot on. Just to mention Arriving at night was a bit daunting as it was very dark trying to find our villa and there was a few wild dogs barking as we got out the taxi. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be returning for sure

Lovely units, we had an upstairs one with lovely outlook. Nice pool and 3 spas.. Grounds very well kept and pleasant surrounds. A 10 minute walk to the township.
