Overall enjoyed my stay! There is some age/wear that should be fixed. Like the tub enamel is peeling. Walls could use a wipe. Nothing that negatively affected my stay. I loved how much space there was! Know that you do hear the city, but you will in most places in/around the FQ.

Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen.

The bed is very poor. It is very uncomfortable and creaks. Shower head needs replacement. Kitchen is very minimally stocked. Sofa also is extremely uncomfortable and ripped. Good location.

201 Magazine some work needs to be done

Stayed for 5 nights with no wifi/internet for 2 days. Hosteeva slow to respond with when it would be fixed. Not enough dish detergent for 6 days either. Need more dishes/wine glasses and cutlery. Rooftop terrace in serious need of repair. Tiles missing and were missing a year ago when we were there as well

Our dishwasher didn’t work (didn’t notice until our last day), not enough kitchen supplies, no dish cloths or towels, etc, but otherwise everything was great! Huge place for an extremely decent price!

The location is perfect and that is the only thing. Beds were uncomfortable, furniture was worse. No tv in the bedroom and the couch was too uncomfortable to watch the livingroom tv. The elevator died one day. Nowhere to leave your bags for a late flight out without paying more. Internet kept crashing and no real TV channels so you can’t get sports like Bowl Games. Toiletries were average and no conditioner so a shopping you will go. There wasn’t even coffee or a bottle of water when you arrive. Then you have a bunch of clean up and check out rules after it rounded out to $400 a night with the cleaning service added. Random text messages asking for personal info. Loved New Orleans but would never stay with this company again and certainly not at this location

Loved the industrial style and location next to a ruby Slipper and convenience store. Note to Canadians byob at duty free on the way down if you can since $15 for a litre of rum or gin is cheaper than anything off Bourbon Street. Bring back in checked luggage what you don’t consume.

Renovated, clean, great location

Great spot for a weekend stay (or longer actually). Excellent location (walking distance to French Quarter) very good communication with hosts, even though we never met them in person. Very clean, well-equipped apartment. Overall two thumbs up!

One stop stay is all you need.

Great location for staying. Walking distance to all areas, French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street is one block away. Amazing breakfast place right across the street called Ruby Slipper. Few minutes walk to the River and Casino Cesar’s Palace and The Vue of New Orleans. Little conscience store just north of canal street for snacks and drinks.

I was very unhappy about the condition of this property, It was miserable, so miserable that after the first night we left the unit and never returned, we booked a Ten day stay and and left after the first night, yes I am very unhappy, it was Thanksgiving and my birthday celebration what a disappointment

After I figured out I had to complete an ID verification form before I could get my entry code it was fine. Condo was nice and roomy with a nice patio. Close to everything!

Great place to stay!

This was the 2nd time we had stayed here and it was great. The rinse cycle did not work on the washer, which made the clothes very wet, but the dryer did get them dry. The streaming for the TV was very poor. Not a big issue as we found a sports bar to watch the game Saturday night. There was someone in the hotel smoking pot, because everytime we got on the elevator, we could smell it. Still a great place to stay and we will be back our next trip to New Orleans.
