I stayed in 4 different hotels, and this one was the best of all. The space in room and bathroom, clean, furniture kitchen and washer machine, made my stay easier and comfortable, also near access to food store and train.

I would give 10 stars if possible for this apartment-hotel. The staff was readily available to provide check in service and whenever I had questions during our stay. The apartment was clean and presentable with a surprise balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet which was perfect as we wanted a peaceful town to return to after a full day. There’s a Family Mart, 7Eleven and other convenient stores plus two train stations all within a 7 minute walk.

Although it was an unmanned apartment-style hotel with no front desk, the location was excellent, the room was spacious, and the facilities were well-equipped. The staff was also very kind and helpful. They kindly assisted us when our arrival in Japan was delayed due to a typhoon. We definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you very much.

You have to use an iPad at the entrance to check-in and talk with staff over the phone, taking picture of your face and passport. When I selected the Japanese language check-in option, non-Japanese staff (South East Asian) staff emerged.

The price was good but the aircon made noises, the bedsheets and towels had an odd smell in them, the location is without a doubt awful and far from tokyo but there is a very nice grocery store an 11 minute walk away. Pretty much nothing to do. Ki
