Nice area

High rise condo. Very good communication. Pool is roof top therefore sunny but no shade. Very basic kitchen. Restaurants near by. Laundry in the parking garage. Metro close.

Excellent location. Flat exactly as in picture. On arrival at 7am everything was ready for check in.I was very grateful for that. Communication with management was entirely by email. Heving spent 15 nights there - far above the average stay - I was somewhat surprised to be charged $ 40 for extra cleaning of towels! That is petty bureaucracy in action rather than sound business sense at work!

Think the place is new, thed to work out the kinks

First of all, the building is new, which is good as the room was clean and modern. That being said, I think because this is a new place, they are still working out the kinks. For example, my booking said a mountain view room, and I had a view of another building. That was not a huge issue though, more just inaccurate advertising. The things that did bother me were the fact that the cable did not work for 75% of my stay. The woman at the office allowed me to use her netflix account, which was nice, but still not ideal. The apartment has a kitchen, which is great, but it is missing some staples. For example, no paper towels / napkins to wipe your mouth / hands after eating, or to wipe spills. Also, it would be nice if they had salt and pepper, as who wants to buy that for a short trip? They are staples in my opinion and providing paper towles and salt and pepper would make people's stay much easier. Also, they were low on towels. When I asked for a towel for the pool, they said that wasn't their responsibility. I explained that they advertise a pool so from my perspective it is their responsibilty. In the end, they were able to sort it out, so I felt taken care of, but ample towels is not something a place to stay should have problems with. No one is around on weekends, so no room service, which was fine, but plan ahead. Also, no one around after 5:30 p.m. A phone number was provided, but no answeres. The womwn in the office were very nice. They get 5 stars.

AMAZING!!!!!

We have stayed here a few different times during our 6 weeks in Chile. It is so nice and clean and in a great area. The staff is incredible. We keep coming back here after going to other places to explore but nothing compares.

Great area. Apartment is a little more tired/less luxury than the pictures show. The pool is also quite small and often the beds were all taken. That said, it was convenient, reasonable, and I might stay again.

La limpieza estaba bien, nos resultó molesto no poder acceder, si bien ya lo sabíamos, al alojamiento hasta las 15:00hs, cuando habíamos llegado al lugar a las 09:00 hs. Nos informaron que estaba completo y que en cuanto se desocupara alguna habitación , nos avisarían , hecho que no ocurrió . Si nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas a su cuidado para no tener que llevarlas consigo.

Mal aire acondicionado y no atienden el teléfono.

Los aires acondicionados son muy malos. Muchísimo calor y ruido en los cuartos. No fueron nada claros a la hora de reservar. Dan instrucciones larguísimas y cuando uno quiere marcar por un problema no atienden.

All great!! Fantastic location and easy self check in. Convienient early check in and late check out options are available. The communication level is 5 star. There is also a rooftop pool with excellent panoramic view of the city.
