The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. This will be my go to place to stay. Cool ac unit in each room, exceptional staff. They made the space feel like a bed & breakfast (They do not have breakfast. I said it FEELS like.) or that I was in someone’s home for a visit.

The room was not only adorably decorated, but the bed was comfortable, it remained cool enough even in the heat of summer to sleep well. Great for access to all the best places and the staff was all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was staying with friends.

This is a hidden gem in heart of Frenchman street. You are literally in walking distance of everything including Jackson Square and the French Market. The staff were all sooo friendly and welcoming. The property itself was so cute and clean. This will be my Kasa away from mine every time I visit New Orleans.

The hotel is lovely & just right for our stay. Our room was right off the street, with a window right off the street. We heard ALL the noise from the street and definitely didn't sleep well because of it. It may just be that one room with that issue, with how the hotel is set up. Otherwise it was a great stay with friendly staff, and a great pool space. Paid parking lot just a block away. Would stay again, not room 101 though.

Great staff. Really nice boutique hotel. We enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Only 2 issues: 1- WiFi kept going in and out. 2- The neighborhood can be loud some nights, so it can be hard to sleep
