Great Family Hotel

The room was perfect for traveling with a 2 and 6 year old. I appreciate the staff's consideration when selecting a room for us. The location was convenient and neighborhood felt safe.

Very happy with the hotel and room. It was a suite at street level and was quiet, spacious, clean and had well functioning AC on the hot days we were there. I'm glad I selected it. It's very close to Natural History and V&A Museums, as well as a grocery and tube station. The only minor thing I'd change is to offer some hot food at breakfast.

The Studio apartment was spacious and bright with 5 big windows and high ceilings. It was very quiet with hardly any noise from other guests. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and always lots of hot water. Some coat hooks near the entry door would be useful!?

Would have been nice to have instructions for the washer/dryer in the unit. We used it but our clothes didn’t dry, probably user error.
