Disney Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay, me and my two daughters for disney. Only negative was that i didn’t receive access codes until i arrived that night and the office was closed., but once i called the emergency number i was granted all the codes. Overall our stay was really nice, 4 bedroom was comfortable for our stay

When we arrived, we were shocked... is this really OUR place?? It was fantastic! Bigger than expected, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, clean, everything looked very new. Communication with the property was great - they responded right away. Grocery, coffee, lots of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to everying Disney. We will absolutely stay here again!

The house was beautiful! However you could tell it had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. A few appliances were also damaged, as well as a lack of a lock on our back door. Otherwise it was a good stay!

The experience was great. Rooms were a great size. A few things were a bit subpar for the resort's caliber. Tough tissue, lack of extra trash bags and pots and pans were only of a basic quality. But, overall the resort provided us with what we needed.

We liked everything about this property except the oven didn’t work. We were unable to get that resolved during our stay. Otherwise a nice pool, house, area, etc.

The shower got cold after 2 people bath, there are not enough pans, the air condition only controle on the second floor, the bedroom on the first floor got really warmed, but the house is good and easy to find.

The WiFi never worked. We were promised it would be corrected but it was not so I had to work from the library one day instead of the condo. Clean, comfortable, and we were able to add a day at the end of our stay with no issues.

Overall the property was comfortable. But whoever cleans the property doesn’t do a good job at it. The dishes were dirty, the bathrooms weren’t clean good. Some parts of the curtain and toilet paper holder was broken and the sofas in the living room are nasty.

Very happy stay but be aware of the add on costs!

Overall very nice place. Very roomy so everyone had their own space. Clean. Good location. Comfortable. Supply only one dishamwasher tab and one tab for washing machine. So you have to buy your own as well as toilet paper which was a lottle inconvenient. Our ice maker in fridage didnt work and messaged management and never heard back. Had a hot tub which we assumed was included in the price when we booked only to find out a couple weeks bedore the trip it was an extra 100 (us$) as well as if we wanted to use the bbq was another (65 us $$).

The property looked nice but had hard water stains on the faucet and shower heads. Next, when you run the washer, the ceiling leaks in 3 places. One being a light fixture. I called the number which say to ppress 9 for emerg maintenance, then says mailbox invalid. I emailed and texted.

Booked this property from Saturday to Saturday, arrived at the property, the door code does NOT work. I was informed by the resort security that this happens ALL the time. After being up for over 12 hours, flying across the country, we were left to sit on the curb for hours. The code that was provided in email did not work. After 4 hours, a lady finally called and said the code one time. We had to keep the patio door open to get in our entire time there. It took resort management threading to sell their homes for a call back. Why couldn’t the code be set to the one in our email? Why couldn’t you send the new code in email. Don’t bother trying the emergency after hours number because no one calls or returns calls.

First, I would like to say that I really did enjoy my vacation time here at this property. We did not stay on the property during the day because we were visiting the theme parks in the area throughout the day. However, when we did spend time on the property, it was pretty quiet. We did see people spending their time at the pool and/or working out. We did not get a chance to personally check out the amenities on the property. I did visually see the clubhouse, gym, and pool from afar. I also noticed there were other families visiting/vacationing probably for the same reason as our vacation. If I was to change anything about the unit that I stayed in, it would be the repairs and updates of the unit. A fresh coat of paint, deep clean and cleaning of the furniture would be helpful. I can tell that this property unit is stayed in quite often. Overall, the property is pretty nice, and I would stay on the property again. I would like to check out another unit to see the difference from the unit we occupied. The management support for check-in was friendly and helpful. Everything was provided on time, and I was able to reach management with questions during business hours. The service was superb. I would definitely stay at this property again for the next visit. The location of the property is in a nice area close to fast food, restaurants, gas, and Walmart.

We booked SMV 120 for 3 nights in June and we had to leave the morning after checking in. We found bed bugs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs!!! It was a horrible and disgusting experience! The property agreed to a full refund. We will not be staying here again.
