We had a curt reception. There was no parking or even a luggage drop-off area. The desk clerk told us of a nearby parking garage but couldn’t tell us how to get there, saying to put it in the GPS. The hotel does not have many amenities but is connected to another that does. There is however a small breakfast area. The room was serviceable, but the carpet was stained.

100% recomendable

Estupendamente bien ubicado, desayuno decente y muy limpio. No tiene estacionamiento en la propiedad (pequeño detalle ups) y recomiendo cenar en el restaurant Chez de la Gare (estrella MICHELIN) estupendo.

Il y avait des travaux devant, donc beaucoup de bruit et de poussière dès que l on sort. Nous avons été logés au 3 eme étage, la moquette est tachée ( couloir et chambre c est la première chose qu on voit quand on sort de la poussière, ça nous a donné une mauvaise impression. Le sèche cheveux est cassé, signalé à la réception ( fait négligé). Le point fort reste sans doute son emplacement, tous les tram passent autour. En bref, hôtel moyen.

Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!
