Ideal location near Church Street shopping centre. Very clean and comfortable. Allocated parking easily accessible. Our room overlooked the train line so a bit annoying until the evening. After that, quiet time for sleeping.

Great little place in the heart of Brighton

Located around the corner from Brighton shops,Caroline’s is a great base if you want to be in south east Melbourne or avoid the CBD. There are cafes, restaurants and a great variety of shopping options nearby The train is super close and runs to Flinders St station so it’s easy to get to Melbourne CBD. The apartments are comfortable with whatever most people require for a few days visit. Ask for a room away from the train tracks. We heard no train noise there. A coffee pod machine would be handy but a french press is in the kitchen of the one bedroom unit (how about supplying a small bag of ground beans ?) Good coffee is available a couple of minutes walk away, but we prefer to have a cup before we leave, and these days, instant just doesn’t cut it Overall, we like Caroline’s and have stayed there a few times as we have family in the area.
