Wonderful stay in Queenstown

We had a wonderful apartment very well equipped and comfortable It was also well located and the staff was very nice The only recommendation would be to have AC in The bedroom as well or a ventilator

Parking is mostly underground and difficult to get into some spots. If someone is in your spot you have to go back to reception for a new assignment. On a busy street. If walking to the grocery, some may find the hill difficult. The unit is well appointed and quiet.

I was there last August, great experience, nice clean room with a view, great toiletries and overall a great place to stay. Unfortunately, this time I found the property getting a little worn out. Nothing major, like new carpets, some minor repairs needed to the walkway. The room this time was not as nice. It is still a well located hotel, with convenient parking and nice to have washer & drier facilities on the premises, it just did not provide the same level of value

Great family stay

Great spot for our family of five. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals. And in room laundry was a plus. Great location, an easy walk to town center and the lake/walking trail right down the hill. Just off main road in/out of town. Terrific breakfast spot called, Halo, a short walk.

Good hotel in a nice location. Parking lot for the suites is at the bottom of the location and there quite a few stairs to go up and down with your luggage. Room was clean.

Spacious and clean

Separate bedroom and living room. Really clean. We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer after 2 weeks traveling. We enjoyed the walk to the town and took the long and scenic route around the peninsula. But some might find the slope too steep.

Value for money

Love this place. Close enough (a few minutes' drive) to town but away from traffic and the crowds. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very spacious and out of our expectation it was equipped with a full kitchen and laundry in the suite. Living room was spacious with a separate dining area. Amazing views from the balcony and down the street. Friendly staff. Front desk doesn't run 24 hours so check your arrival time before you book. The only downside was the walk and stairs from the designated parking spot to our room.

Good location walking distance to downtown shops

Great spot, close to restaurants and downtown. Couch was pretty uncomfortable though, and the bed was nothing to write home about. Otherwise we enjoyed our experience and would stay again.

Nice Motel

We were quite pleased with our stay.You can walk downtown but it is uphill coming home. The only downside is that the motel has many levels which could mean carrying your bags up many stairs to get to your room. The gardens are beautiful and the view is good.

Lovely unit, views of mountains and lake .

Easy check in, good wifi, had washer and dryer which was a bonus. Quite well appointed kitchen, easy walk to the town and around the waters edge. Be aware that in order to get to your unit we had NO elevators, so if you have heavy luggage it could be quite a challenge.
