Wonderful stay, great host!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative.

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Property as expected. Everyone enjoyed the stay although mine was shorter because of flight delays. Property for me was just a little difficult to get to but only because of current road construction going on. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to entertain larger group. 2 good sized rooms and 2 restrooms a plus for any family or group of people enjoying vacation. Thanks again Roland. Fantastic view from room of ocean and surround area. Easy parking on site. Great condo with good quality decor and furnishings, kitchen is nice with all needed items, nice TV's with Netflix.. high speed wifi. Everything worked and owner was very helpful and good communications. Overall an excellent choice. We will be back again.

Great condo and view

Very good condo, well furnished, great communication with the owner. He will Personally pick you up at the airport and go To the condo to explain you the rules and facilities. A scooter is also available for free. The condo is amazing and modern and great view from the 14th floor. However the pool and facilities are old. The location is a little Bit far from the tourist area so depending what you are looking for. Highly recommend with kids/ large Family. Very easy to order a taxi or food. The beach if not clean. Better to pay a pass day in an hotel to enjoy great beach and meals. The quality of the condo and price is very good so we Decided to pay some day pass in great hotels In the area.

It’s a nice old hotel. We knew there would likely be some bugs as it’s hard to avoid in the area. So we expected some bugs and were not surprised. The airport pick up was a really nice perk. The hotel has a few tours available for booking which is also very nice if available. It’s first come first serve. We booked the whale shark/waterfall tour on the first available date. Whale sharks were amazing! Waterfalls were dried up at this time but we were not informed of this until we had finished the whale shark adventure. We went to see monkeys instead which was alright. Pool is nice, we found it refreshing. There’s no restaurant, bar or cafe onsite. GRAB came in very handy for everything else. Also, there are 2 very nice hotels nearby with restaurants/cafes.

FALSE ADVERTISING 1. The first picture of the pool overlooking the ocean is actually…not the hotel’s pool but the resort next door, and you need to pay P850 per person per day to access. 2. There is only ONE sun-bed for the whole pool area. We ended up not going there a single time. 3. We booked a room with 3 separate beds including 2 sofa beds. One of them was a super small and cheap foam sofa which we could not use. Turned out we had to pay extra to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment (although it says on the website that they only have 2 bedroom apartments). 4. They advertise 3 restaurants on site, but there is no restaurant at all. You have to go to the resort next door if you want to eat. 5. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. The whole area is full of detritus, rubbish and poverty, you basically stay next to a shanty town. You cannot walk around and need to use Grab to go anywhere. DO NOT STAY THERE.
