The property has no elevator, be prepared to walkup four stories with suitcases/backpacks. No representatives onsite. The office is a different address. Upon check-in, the power to the unit went out. A company rep came immediately, flipped a breaker & offered a different unit in a different building. We felt the problem was fixed, so refused the offer to move. The power went out an additional four times that night, each time we flipped the breaker. Fortunately we packed flashlights! The heated towel rack in the bathroom was too hot to touch, potential fire hazard. Two heaters in the room were turned off, to help with the power issue. No hot water in the morning. After talking to a representative from the company, a maintenance person was sent over approximately 30 minutes later. He advised he would take a look at the issues, however, we feel there was a potential wiring problem & it could have resulted in a fire. We requested compensation from the company, we have no response.

Nice appartement. Very well located if you are looking for a place near the city center, close to restaurants and shops (grocery store right next door), but if your appartement is facing the street, it might quite noisy. Loved the fact that you can leave you luggage in their office before check-in and after check out. Everyone was very pleasant

The place is really clean and nice! the landlord were really nice, she allowed us to reserve our luggage before check in and after check out! it's close to many restaurant and only 3 mins walk away from the Roma Bath and Abbey! Really like it! Highly recommended !~~~

Great location.

The location of this property was amazing for site seeing and shops and restaurants. The property, unfortunately, doesn't have any parking and the closest parking lot was at least 5 minutes away and cost the same as a plane ticket just for the weekend so I wouldn't recommend driving. The apartment itself was good. Renovations had been completed relatively recently but clearly there had been some issues that the renovations didn't fix as the bottom half of the wall next to the shower in the bathroom was covered in mould. As well, a wall hanger on the entrance was not installed in the drywall properly and fell out of the wall in addition to the ironing board hanger. It was also incredibly hot in the apartment and so we had to leave the windows open but the street that it is on is very busy and very, very loud. We opted one night to close the windows instead so that we could sleep past 5 am and this did help but cold showers were needed in the morning. Overall this property was in a great spot and we were able to get to the major site seeing areas and eat very easily. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Good have been better

Its a great location however being on the third floor and no lift can be quite a struggle, Its well set out however there is an issue with the drains in our room and was very unpleasant at night also a bag of dog poo on our window ledge not nice!! More care needs to be taken with updating - shower area looks sad and worn, ceiling black around sky light over cooker etc - it looks neglected. Needs a a general handy man to fix issues as well as the door which annoyingly rattles everytime somebody closes their door. Spend some money and get these small jobs done and get the rooms inspected regularly

Nice city-centre apartment

Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night.

Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment once you're in.

Difficult to find. Directly in front of a bus stop - lots of characters by the front door. Check in was difficult. I had to help another couple check in as well - you needed one very specific number in an email. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Parking was 10 minute walk away. Apartment was a studio. Small kitchen.

Beautiful, Clean, Modern, Great view

Amazing accommodations, made me wish I was here for fun and not work. Would be a lovely place to spend days exploring Bath. Clean, modern, spacious and with a great view! Only downside would be address instructions as it seemed to imply trim street Westgate properties so I of course went to trim street. That did not take away from the very pleasant shock of seeing how lovely the place was. I forgot all my anger at having to walk an extra 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Almost 10/10 - slow internet speed warning.

The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect. The decor and attention to detail is immense. The Internet is terrible. I was unable to work from the room and my conference calls kept dropping until I switched to my mobile data. I did a check on my laptop and the top speed was 3mbs! Totally unusuable for anything but reading an online paper.

The room was nice and clean. However, it wasn’t the best run. The front door stopped working so many of us staying there couldn’t get in. Which is fine if the people at reception would let you in but they wouldn’t initially. It was fixed by the afternoon (wasn’t working 9am to 4pm). The wifi was poor then turned off for a day. The water pressure was poor. When I asked about late check out (day before checking out) was told it was just £10. No problems, I’ll do that please. No answer then just before check out was told I couldn’t. We were already out at a tour so had to come back and get all our stuff. For a relaxed weekend away, it just wasn’t run well enough to recommend.

Heart of Bath

Brilliant location!!! Nice layout of the studio apartment as well. Taking ear plugs was a blessing as being on the first floor facing the main road there is plenty of noise early hours but this didn’t hinder my stay. If your first time then visiting the Roman Baths is a must.
