Good value!

This is a nice hotel to use while in TaiPei for business or tourism. There is a MTR (subway) station in within walking distance and they also offer transportation to get there. (Subway in TaiPei is excellent and easy to use!). The hotel is in good condition and offers a good breakfast buffet, the best thing is how nice all of the employees are and are willing to help. Specifically they accommodate me for an earlier check in since my flight arrive early in the morning with no extra charge. I think this hotel is a good value for the money spent.

Very clean and not far away from mrt station. My check in time was 3pm, but they checked me in and allowed me to keep my luggage with concierge while I went around the city (since the room was not ready at 9am)

It’s a very old hotel. Location was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. Not happy with the 11:00pm late check-in. My fault for not reading carefully. Everything is quite old and needs updating but the hotel is what it needed to be and was sufficient.

The hotel is Clean and comfortable . But we only can check in after 11pm. The receipt from Expedia indicated the hour of check in is 3:00pm on the top then following section is 11:00pm. It is trick from the order from Expedia website. I am not too happy to hang around the city with two kids until 11:00pm under the temperature of 30-32 degree. Or you pay 200 CAD for two rooms to check in at 3:00 pm。I am not too impressed .

Tired Hotel with luxury service

Hotel had great staff and first class service and our room on the Club Floor was fantastic. The restaurants on the 2nd floor were rundown but the coffee shop on the main floor had fabulous sandwiches and pastries. The location was convenient to shopping and eating and the area felt very safe.

The reception staff were super friendly, speak every language in the world, and even upgraded my room after the first night. Note: this 50+ year old hotel isn't quite the same as I had imagined from the picture they advertise.

Not bad

Very limited parking spaces. Had to spend some time for parking (and spend extra money). The room was clean but old fashioned. Not sure what was wrong with the air-con. The room was freezing even though I turned it off. Price was fair.

前回はアンバサダーでしたが、今回はこのホテルに4泊の滞在。全食　ローカル食を外食と決めていたので、毎朝フロントスタッフにおすすめの聞いて、出かけました。何人かベルボーイも日本語もうまい人がいて、フロントや皆で対応してくれました。台湾の人は本当にやさしい。また、毎朝ジムに行きました。設備台数は少ないけど、最低限のワークは出来て良かったです。本格的なサウナもあるのワークしない人にもおすすめ。サウナにはバスローブもタイルもシャワー室もあり、最高です。お部屋は３人で4人部屋に泊まったので、贅沢しました。設備は古いが最高です。

日本語はあまり通じませんが、親切に夜市周辺の地図など、渡していただけます。 お風呂とシャワーが分かれているのはとても嬉しいです。気になったのは、隣の部屋のお風呂を溜める音がよく聞こえることくらいでしょうか。。

설날 3박4일 가족여행객

객실이 추웠는데 소형 전열기를 배치해 주워 따뜻하게잘 지냈어요. 방음이 좀 덜 되어 복도의 말소리가 들리는 경우는 있었어요. 맛있는 조식, 식당 음식은 맛있어요. 주변은 조용하고 교통도 편리한 것 같아요. 친절한 서비스에 감사드립니다.

部屋はスイーツだったので大変綺麗で広さもあり、シャワー室と浴槽が別で浴槽にもシャワーが付いていたりして大満足です。 ただ、朝食のバイキングの和食があまり美味しくなかったです。日本人が多いからだと思うが、いっそ和食を減らして点心を充実させた方が良いのでは。
