Lets just say that if you like diversity amongst hotel apartment guest you got it! The reception lady was really nice helping me the last day to store stuff and could still use internet when d-bahn had canceled my train and I fast needed to book a new one.

Nicely located hotel just 10 mins walk from the station and 15 mins walk into the centre. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Only small problem we encountered was that the WiFi wasn't very good.

Short walk to the city centre, comfortable and clean accommodation at a reasonable rate. Parking secure undercover was €13 per day. Continental breakfast was good value as was service. Staff recommended some great restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

We didn’t eat here but liked the flexibility of self-catering. Conveniently located not too far from the train station and walkable for most people to get to the main attractions of Strasbourg. Our budget was limited, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had to sweep the floor on arrival. It literally hadn't been swept. The toilet also didn't work. Got moved to another room. Not much better. Staff were friendly enough. No criticism there. Just a terrible hotel. Rooms are in a state of disrepair. And super cramped. Can't comment on breakfast as we stayed out of there as much as possible, literally only using it to sleep at night, which isn't easy in the summer heat with no aircon. We booked 8 nights. After 4 nights I cut my losses, took the financial hit, and booked us into somewhere else.
