I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area.

El apartamento tiene una cocina abierta con nevera, placas eléctricas y un microondas. A 5min en coche hay un Carrefour enorme donde encuentras de todo y más tiendas. El apartamento es correcto, hay jabón para los platos y tb de manos y para ducharse y las toallas están incluidas. La cama de matrimonio es bastante cómoda y el sofá del comedor se convierte en dos camas de 90m que para los niños fueron más que suficiente. El lugar es silencioso, así que se descansa bien. Y el aparcamiento tiene verja que se abre con código, igual que la puerta al edificio cuando no hay recepción, así que hay bastante seguridad. Fácil desplazamiento en coche a todos los lugares interesantes de la zona.

Prestation en diminution , déçu

Depuis 2019, je suis déjà venu cinq fois voir six et juste y a mon dernier séjour. Je n’avais pas été déçu. Mais là cette année la prestation de la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de ce que j’avais déjà vu, elle m’qui était abîmée, il nous manquait une chaise, pas de verre pour se laver les dents, le service Pour faire la vaisselle, pas de torchon, une seule pastille pour le lave-vaisselle pour notre séjour de trois jours, la literie j’en parle pas vraiment pourrie pour l’accueil dans ma chambre de la verveine avec une seule tasse, il nous manquait une tasse et quand nous sommes arrivés le matin malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu notre chambre de disponible avant 13h30. C’est dommage nous avons dû attendre car nous sommes arrivés à 10h. Les autres années. Nous avons eu notre chambre de disponible et nous avons rendu la chambre jeudi matin à 5h pour que nous puissions récupérer notre avion à Toulouse. Cette année n’est pas le meilleur séjour que nous avons passé dans cet hôtel.

La chambre est très grande, un vrai appartement, par contre le sommier est très dur et il y avait beaucoup de bruit. J'entendais les voisins du dessus. Sinon l'appart hôtel est très bien situé et très agréable.

J'ai dormi dans ma voiture.

L'établissement n'accueille pas 24h/24h mais ce n'est pas clairement stipulé avant d'avoir réservé. Résultat je suis arrivé quelques minutes après que le concierge soit parti et n'ai pas pu dormir dans la chambre que j'avais pourtant réservé. Personne ne vous appelle pour vous prévenir si ils ne vous voient pas arriver, personne ne vous donne de numéro à contacter si jamais cela arrive etc.. j'ai dû dormir dans ma voiture. Malgré cette situation absolument catastrophique, je suis certain que je ne serai jamais dédommagé. Je ne recommande pas. Comfort Apparthotel viennent de perdre un client.

Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel qui représente pour moi la meilleure option qualité prix sur Carcassonne. Apart hôtel bien équipé, chambre très grande. Piscine, fitness, parking gratuit pour moins de 50 euros ! Et en plus une équipe professionnelle et accueillante ...que voulez vous de plus !

Bon accueil et petit déjeuner très bien géré. Chambre confortable mais la propreté était vraiment médiocre dans notre appartement (couvertures sales, traces douteuses sur les interrupteurs de la chambre, …). Accueil et réception très bien.
