Stay for the location and price, beware of the property and communication. Hot water was sparse. Unit wasn’t cleaned upon checkin, although the woman who ultimately cleaned was very sweet and clearly overworked. Other guests were noisy. Price and location are the only win here.

Absolutely superb location directly opposite Liverpool street, easy to find and access however it obviously gets heavy usage and looks a bit tired in places. I was annoyed that despite having a bathtub they have prevented bathing by removing the tap for the bath function of the shower! Obviously a commercial rental run for profit.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Os rodapés dos móveis da cozinha estão partidos. A cama não é muito confortável porque o colchão é muito velho. Deviam substituir o colchão por um mais novo. O microondas não funciona. O meu conselho: A localização é excelente, mas procurem algo com melhores condições mesmo que seja mais longe. Os transportes em Londres funcionam muito bem.

Excellent, convenient location

Excellent Location. Literally across the street from Liverpool street station. Can be noisy, especially with sirens since the Bishopsgate police station is around the corner, but didn't really bother me. Would probably stay there again, but with no lift, I would ask for a lower level floor (I was on 3rd)

Great spot

Super apartment, well equipped and ideally located. If you get a top floor one though make sure you're OK with stairs - no lift and there's a few of them

Tiny room, poor wi-fi, no air-con, big price

The apartment was clean and tidy, but substantially smaller than advertised, as it appears the 35 sq meter size includes a lengthy corridor. There is barely space to move around the bed when it's down, and opening the windows is difficult given that they're single opening secondary glazing. There isn't any air conditioning, making the apartment oppressively hot in temperatures around the mid 20's C. The local area is great for food and getting around London, however the down-side is that it's also and therefore noisy at night - even with all the windows and secondary glazing closed you can hear constant noise, and closing them makes the room even hotter at night. Whilst the Wi-Fi was free, it consistently ran at around 1Mbps, making web browsing painful and video streaming unusable. For the same money or less, I'd advise looking at managed apartments - some with front desks and breakfast offerings - about 1 - 1 1/2 miles out of the city, South of the river. Much better value for money. If you do choose to go ahead with the booking, make sure that you check all the details in the incoming emails, as you have to email over photo ID and pay an additional deposit, which isn't clear and will prevent you from getting into your room on arrival, which can be disconcerting if you arrive at night.
