Great room, awesome location! Beautiful view!!! Was nice to have a kitchen to cook in, a washing machine to use to clean clothing and a balcony to walk out on every now and then to get some fresh air. Totally would recommend to anyone to use whilst staying in the heart of Melbourne.

The location was great. Very close to the Queen Vic Markets, Melbourne Central and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. We expected a TV in the main bedroom (there was an aerial port there) but no TV. Just a few little issues like only 3 pieces of cutlery but we were a family of 4, no replacement garbage bags for rubbish a couple of other small things and the noise from the construction at night was annoying. But overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again

Overall it was a great stay. Stayed on the 68th floor with stunning views. Whilst the hotel was fairly clean, some extra attention could be made such as, - walls (using a flat mop in one direction instead of cleaning marks in all directions) - the air conditioners need thorough cleaning (filters and inside components) - windows (quite dusty on the outside) - pool room floor (quite a number of tiles moved when walked over) We did have a faulty washer dryer combo but the lovely staff took our washing and brought it back once dried and gave us a later checkout. Overall, pretty good and will come back again

Absolutely brilliant property. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend upgrading to a sky apartment. My only issue was I messaged before we arrived to ask about parking but didn't get any reply. Once we arrived turned out where we parked was the same place we can get the discount through the hotel.
