Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. No cleaning service was provided for our room, some receptionists were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the air conditioning was not functioning. These issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.

The rooms are decent but I wouldn't recommend going here in the middle of summer. There was absolutely no A/C in common areas and very low A/C in the rooms. I had to purchase a fan because the room temperature was not manually adjustable. We were there for 3 night and didn't have housekeeping service and we had to use the same towels for the entire stay or else they were changing 15 dollars for extra towels.

Hotel doesn't have A/C. It was hot. I asked for fan. They said, "we don't have any more fan, wait until someone check out so that we can give their fan to you".

No AC, only one fan was provided for a 2 bedroom unit. Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain, water splashes everywhere. Infested with bugs despite not having any windows open.
