Wonderful location with great amenities for our family vacation. We loved the easy access to the beach, which had great snorkeling and lots of turtles, and enjoyed having a kitchen and great dining options nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the property, nice grounds, Rooms are very spacious & clean. Convenient location to Whalers Village with shops, restaurant & beach. Has nice pools & beach you can walk to or take a quick golf cart ride. Love the beach house area where you can relax on the lounge chairs & restrooms there too. We would come back & recommend this place to others. Centrally located to other areas too.

The location of the property was really the biggest benefit. Close to the Sheraton and Whalers Village to enjoy the shops and restaurants those larger properties had to offer while having the quiet of being on the north side of Black Rock. Accessibility to the beach was great, within walking distance, and just a short drive to Kapalua and Napili Bays. Parking was easy and staff friendly.

The stay was perfect. Great location, quiet, scenic and easy for older guests. No parking fees, no steps for us, cart rides to beach cabanas, free trolley to Whaler’s village for dinners. An on-site cafe/restaurant would totally enhance the experience. We did eat at the Fairway loop restaurants.

Room was very dirty. Pillows were not changed, had hair on them, floors were dirty when dust clusters around the edges of the walls and corners. Roaches found in the bathroom shower. Outside our door hey garden area needed major tree trimmings.
