We stay here for 3 nights and had a great time. The location is on the heart of the Rambla which makes it handy for any kind of plans you may have. It is one block away from the metro (subway), 3 blocks from the airbus terminal and multiple restaurants near by, including 2 blocks from local and designers stores. Although the Rambla never sleeps, the apartment on a 5th floor rarely hear a noice. Property management and staff were supper friendly and responsive. There are lockers to store your luggage, and the administration office terrace, on the 6th floor, has an amazing view of Barcelona’s skyline. The suite was great, clean and tidy, well maintained with a full kitchen including a washing machine.

Great value specially for families. Right in the center of Ramblas. Loved the space and in-suite amenities. Very neat and clean. Proactive communication by the staff before the arrival and my check in/out was smooth. Couple things to be aware of. First, if your suite/room faces La Ramblas street, noise from the street can be heard as the windows/balcony door are not sound proof. We heard festivity from the street until 3am Saturday. Second, there is no one attending the lobby, office is located on the top floor and only operates until early afternoon.

Great apartment

Apartment was very spacious and included everything needed to make a meal if you wish. Minutes from Boqueria market. Plaza Catalonia within 10 minutes walk for buses to and from the airport.

Overall, it was a good stay. The property is mostly in line with the description and pictures. Some of the furniture and fixtures were perhaps a bit run down, but nothing major (just the difference between between 4 and 5 stars). Communication was good and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. The only word of warning is more with the area and not the property. If you haven’t been to Barcelona before, this is right in the middle of La Rambla, which is the busiest part of the city and certainly not the quietest. Especially at night, the crowd in this part of town is pretty rowdy and we were offered drugs several times around this block. Again, not a deal breaker and we were still pleased overall, but families and those looking for a quieter place may want to consider this. The building is secure and only accessible with your key card, so there’s no worry within the property.

This property is located in an excellent location, La Rambla, which is the most touristy street in Barcelona! You have access to subway, bus, grocery, shopping, dining,… within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the appliances were all working properly. We had room service every other day which is great and not offered by many places anymore! We were very happy with this place and highly recommend it!
