A great place to stay

These apartments are perfect. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to lots of great places in Lapad and beautiful beaches. Getting an Uber to the old city is simple and inexpensive.

We loved our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. The manager met us at check in and quickly gave us all the information we needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is big, clean and full of amenities such as a full kitchen and washing facilities. It was a good price and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to a bus that takes you to the old Town. We asked for a 1 hour extension to check out later and the property manager was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it

We had asked for an airport shuttle for 10 of us. They were there, reliable and we were thankful. Our only complaint was that we had asked six months in advance that the three apartments be close by or at least in the same building but we were in three different buildings, communication was not great but otherwise it was nice.

Property was as described on website. Staff very professional, did call maintenance and promptly took care of the issue. Only thing I did not like was the comfort of the sofa bed, but moved mattress on the floor and did not contact property about it. Good soundproofing of apartments and decent neighbors, what more can you ask for? Had lovely view of the sea, not frontal but to the side. It proved a wonderful opportunity to have the same view in the bedroom, its window facing the view directly. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.

Fabulous Apartment, quiet area, lovely staff

Staff couldn't be any more helpful. Apartment was spotless. We were on the ground floor, had a view of the sea if slightly limited but made up for by two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We could watch the cruise ships coming and going. Everything you could ask for was provided. Dishwasher (with tablets), Washing Machine (with powder), loo rolls, air conditioning, wi-fi, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave. My husband would have preferred to be nearer to the old town but the bus stop is 3-4 min walk away (we found a shortcut - turn right out of apartment, follow dirt track up to the top road) then the bus is only 10-15 mins. Lovely little shop on site. Tip - if you have small children in the bath, cover the hot side of the mixer tap with a flannel as it gets scalding hot.

Prenotazione perfezionata in modo semplice. Comunicazione con la struttura ottima! Siamo stati contattati pochi giorni prima del nostro arrivo e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema in fase di check in: Erika, la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata super nel fornirci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e nel darci delle dritte sui supermercati vicini e sul modo più rapido e meno caro di raggiungere il centro di Dubrovnik! Appartamento perfetto per 8 persone, dotato di cucina, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, 3 WC ed un ampio balcone che abbiamo utilizzato per cenare con una splendida vista sul mare! Struttura consigliatissima!

Tres bien , au calme avec tout le confort.

Vu mer, spacieux, clim dans chaque piece , bien placé . Tres bon accueil malgre notre arrivée tardive. Petit bemol, nous avons eu les voisins de dessus tres bruyant de 1h a 3h du matin .... Sinon ras.

Tilavaa ja rauhallista yöpymistä lähellä kaikkea

Perheen kanssa pari yötä. Useamman talon apartment”kylä” hieman sivussa isoimmilta ruuhka-alueilta. Saatiin varmasti yksi näkymiltään parhaista kämpistä, yläkerran asunnon omalta terassilta aukesi upeat näkymät Adrianmerelle. Siistit ja tilavat huoneet, ilmastointi toimi hienosti vaikka ulkona hikoiltiin lähes 40 asteen helteissä. Keittiössä ok varustelu. Ainoa pieni miinus muurahaisinvaasio ulko-ovella ensimmäisenä iltapäivänä. Hiuslakalla hoitui tosin sekin ilman ongelmia. Kiva paikka, lähimmälle uimarannalle alle 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Hyvä ranta myös. Kävelymatka myös Dubrovnikin satama-alueelle, sen ravintoloihin ja ”ostoskeskuksiin”. Ja jos jaksaa vähän reippailla niin vanhaan kaupunkiin myös pääsee kävellen, vajaan tunnin patikointi rauhallisella tahdilla. Tosin Uber toimii myös jos ei kävely maistu. Suosittelen! Ja vastaanoton henkilökunnalle iso plussa!! Seikkaperäinen selonteko huoneistosta ja lähialueelta kun tuli antamaan huoneiston.

Super convenient to grab an uber into Old Town. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Best part was the view! We watched the sun set and it was one of the most memorable highlights from our entire trip.

Home from home.

Modern and spacious apartments in a quiet location, but still easy to get to the hussle and bustle of the old town. The apartments have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Ours was on the ground floor, so we had no views, but I guess that this is the luck of the draw. Staff were very helpful. The front desk is not always open, but once they had settled us in, we kept in touch on WhatsApp and they always responded to our needs and questions. There was some noise from the family above. They also had a young child that was very active. The apartments have tiled floors and not many soft furnishings, so the noise travels between apartments, but the family kept reasonable hours, so the noise was only during waking hours.
