For the first time in Paris. I really got lucky that this place had almost everything I needed. The second place i stayed was a better location but did not justice for me. I would definitely stay in the apartments again if I ever returned!

Very convenient,close to Metro and supermarkets but the hotel is dirty,room is very small,outdated,nothing new Don’t get fool by the picture online, it’s nothing like that, please don’t go waste your money, I’d rather stay at a Hostel Bad bad service

Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property.

The bedroom and living room is very good size, flat location near to metro which is convenient. However, the flat is very dirty; floor in every room, toilet, bathtub all very dirty. There are stains on chairs

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.

It was terrible. I don't recommend it.I forgot my braclet in my room last Monday 06/16. I called the hotel many times. The front desk they keep telling me that they will checked for me with the room cleaning staff, but I haven't heard anything from them.I keep calling and the keep telling me the same thing we will call you, but they never did. I've never seen something like that before. They're untrustworthy. If you stay there the room cleaning staff will open you're room while you're sleeping which's unprofessional. They also knocked my door the day of the check out at 10 am. they wanted to clean the room that what's scared me and made me forgot my bracelet there. I don't advise anyone to stay there.

Das Familienzimmer ist recht komfortabel. Sehr netter Empfang. Das Hotel ist ruhig und die Metro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man schnell in ca. 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris ist. Vor Ort sind aber auch gleich noch einige Restaurants. Das Auto kann man gut und sicher in einer Tiefgarage parken. Alles prima.

Overall is ok, near to orly airport and close to public transport. BUT the asian male receptionist with sparse mustache is extremely rude,always acting irritable and very irresponsible. Can't believe how this person got a job as a receptionist.

Je suis arrivé en début de semaine de canicule. Pas de clim, juste un petit ventilateur. La chaleur était étouffante. J'avais l'impression que le chauffage était en route ! Même après 3 jours après la descente de température l'hôtel est resté très chaud !

É um hotel honesto, quarto bastante espaçoso mas estava muito calor e não tem ar condicionado o quarto estava extremamente quente , ficava de frente para uma avenida muito movimentada Então nao dava para ficar com a janela aberta, fica 20 min da torre Eiffel o metro e mesmo em frente. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar!

Les petites attention ( friandises, bouteille d'eau, sachet de thé...) disparaissent au fil des mois. C'est agréable après un voyage fastidieux de trouver un tel réconfort. Fort heureusement, l'accueil chaleureux du check in, permet d'atténuer ces manquements.

Good location, although address in the confirmation took us too far down the road. Front desk staff varying in friendliness - but overall service good. Room was good; but no towels on arrival and weren’t able to get any until the next day. No frequent room service throughout the day, so bin was never emptied (we bagged everything up, but it remained in our room), and room generally left however we left it throughout the day. No air conditioning; so was quite difficult to manage temperature on a hot day, but overall was okay.

Amei minha hospedagem nesse hotel, pois é muito próximo ao metrô onde conseguimos ter acesso a todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, além disso há mercados, restaurantes e lanchonetes muito bons e em especial o Le Majestic food. O atendimento de todos na recepção foram ótimos, sempre com paciência para entender o português e muito simpáticos! O hotel fornece água potável para beber o que nos ajudou a economizar muito na viagem. Me senti segura devido ter recepção 24horas! O qual rito tem camas muito conformáveis, os aquecedores funcionaram, chuveiro sempre com água quente e a parte a cozinha todos os utensílios e estrutura foi o suficiente para nossas refeições!

Great convenient location above Intercity grocery store. A bit worn but very comfortable, very clean and a great deal. Got nice upgrade to nice, bigger apartment room. One of two shower doors was not hung well and a little scary. Underground parking enters and exits from Ave de Paris, get entry code after check-in.
