Cet établissement n'est pas entretenu de façon a garder leur équipement et hébergement dans un état décent..les repas en général sont très insuffisant et très peu varié..la qualité du buffet que ce soit au déjeuner ou au dîner ( soirée) est très médiocre..j'ai loué une villa 2 chambre et piscine privée la piscine est devu verte a cause des algues et le manque de nettoyage et de produits de désinfection..la seconde chambre de la villa n'a pas été utilisé a cause que les égouts remontait dans la douche donc une odeur très désagréable pour ne pas dire autre chose..cet établissement ne mérite même plus un note d 2 étoiles..mais les employés sont très amical et serviable..au buffet vous avez droit que a de l'eau et rien d'autre a moins de payé..mes si vous être en tout inclus..Donc je ne recommande pas cet établissement a personne.. Client très déçu d'un séjour de 4 nuits a un prix très excessif..cet établissement a besoin d'un fermeture complete pour rénovation..

Loved our stay

We have never felt more welcomed anywhere! The staff is just amazing, super friendly, kind and enthusiastic. Our beds were decorated with fresh flowers every day and twice I received fresh bouquets from the gardener which he creates masterfully while trimming the lush gardens. We completely overdid every meal as it was simply delicious and we enjoyed experiencing new cuisine. Fruits and vegetables are sourced fresh from surrounding farms. Not often do you order mango juice and see the barman run off to come back with fresh mangoes to blend for you. The location is just stunning and I could not stop taking photos. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable and the aircons work well. Small antelope can be spotted on the trails and bush babies are regular vistors and can be heard every night. The tour company bases at Moja Tuu is great and can arrange all your and transport requirements. They also arranged a wonderful 21st birthday celebration for my son. We will definitely be back

We had a sea villa with our own pool. Room was very spacious, grounds well maintained. Customer service was a little disappointing. When initially shown to our room, we were not shown the switches to turn on air con and fan (which were hidden behind a curtain.) Not shown how to operate the safe, which had no instructions. Not supplied with a second roll of toilet paper (ours didn't last 4 days!) Food, while delicious, was extremely slow to arrive. Need to address these staff procedures to receive a higher review.
