do not trust the management .

first, when we arrive at the hotel, our friends arrived to their room,and was not clean , beds not make, dishes on the counter, their excuse was they fire the maid few hours ago. us we arrived to our suite and was the room we have reserved, they offer with full charge a another room and move the next day to our executive suite reservation. Sebastian the manager, is really doesn't care about us. he said at the check out he had contact hotels.com to issue me a discount for the firs night. i never received a communucation from hotels.com.

Excellent knowledge, extremely helpful, ultra friendly staff. Offered a glass of wine and snack. Complimentary beverage including water and soda and chocolates. Given discount card for restaurant. Plentiful food provided for complimentary breakfast for all types of diets, e.g., gluten free. Room was clean and spacious and they allowed us to book in earlier than the 3 pm check in time. AC worked beautifully, comfortable beds.

The staff was outstanding. Helpful and kind. Able to provide some helpful advice and assistance. The location is very convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The a/c struggled a bit to keep up on the hottest days, but was still a welcome relief. Breakfast was everything we needed to begin the day. We left early on our last morning and the staff put together a try the evening before.

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast. If I come back to Buenos Aires I would definitely book this hotel again.

This is a lovely smaller hotel with thoughtful detail in its design, a welcoming ambience and a courteous and helpful staff. The location is close to many sites but on a non busy street. We were warmly greeted each night by Eduardo who made every effort to make sure we were having a great stay. Last comment - the breakfast was also wonderful!

It was well located in the Recoleta neigbourhood withing walking distance of the city centre and convenient access to bus and subway. There are lots of options for food and drink in the neighbourhood and shopping along the main roads like Sante Fe. The staff was friendly and their breakfast service is top class with great fresh fruits, pastries, etc. The pool is small but great after a day of sightseeing. It could do with some shade for the summer days but that is minor. The gym is small but adequate. All in all we enjoyed staying at AQ and would do it again if we ever return.

Overall this was a great stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. My only point of contention was the VIP perk. We received two complimentary bottles of water for the ENTIRE duration of the stay…most places provide a bottle of wine or something a little more substantial. Free champagne is given to all guests between 6-9pm but the perk just seemed a little cheap considering they charge for coffee refills for each night as well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the free breakfast provided by the hotel.

The property was in a great walkable location to many tourists' sites, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe walking around. The taxi cabs were very reasonable. Coral, the front desk concierge is superb and helpful. The other staff were lovely as well. Our room was a nice size and modern. It has everything you need and some for a hotel room.The bed and bedding are so comfortable. Negatives are our room was #801 and it is directly under a small gym which was very loud and annoying when someone was working out. Also, the breakfast is poor compared to other hotels we stayed at, at this price point.

The only reason I only scored this as a 4 was because the carpet in our room was really awful and badly in need of replacing. It was pulled and stained very badly. When we mentioned it to management, they offered to move us, but we were already settled and didn’t want to move. The said they were waiting for off season to replace it. To me, they shouldn’t have been charging full price for the room as it was. We did appreciate the offer though, and they went above and beyond to try to make it better. The staff here are amazing, very friendly, helpful in every way, and ready to give recommendations for touring and dining. They have free wine at the front desk each evening, and the included breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Great location in Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. Hotel is less than a year old and is a lovely space that's well thought out. Appreciated being able to borrow an adapter for electronic devices. Excellent value and great stay overall!
