Very clean room, updated bathroom and nice shower. Very friendly staff and quick check in. Breakfast was good there were waffles, cereal, muffins and bagels. The only negative is the styrofoam plates that they used at breakfast. Otherwise a great hotel!

This place was mostly clean (there was an olive pit on the floor in the room and a hair in the bathtub faucet). No biggies for me. Easy to miss. The room was clean, smelled nice, the AC worked, the bathroom was spot less, the sheets and towels clean. There is a casino near by and some people appeared to be going there when we arrived an we asked to be put as far away from them as possible! They obliged. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. The typical fare in these chains. Be careful in the parking lot. Spaces are small and someone dented my door. Second time I stay with Microtel and so far I like what I see

Beds weren't that comfortable. Bedside phone wasn't that clean and couldn't access wake-up feature unless calling the front desk, who were very helpful.

We were participating in the Boilermaker run in Utica. We really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to accommodate the runners who were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was scheduled to start earlier than normal so runners could eat and late checkout was available so runners could shower before heading home. This has not been our experience with other hotels in the area. We will definitely be staying again for future races and we will recommend to other runners.

Everything here is great except for the Wifi. The connection is horrable. I wasn't able to work all weekend which is why I won't be able to stay here again. Otherwise, it's a great place.

Loved the stay

Everything was excellent except the bed and pillows. The mattress was comfortable but too soft, which we understand can’t be changed but the pillows were wayyyyyyy too soft and the whole experience hurt my back. It would be great if there could be a selection of pillows, some firm and others soft. Not everyone likes or find those super soft pillows comfortable!! Other than that, we had no complaints. The hotel was clean, the staff professional and courteous, the breakfast ample and the property well kept. We would definitely recommend to others.
