I'm sure the Hotel once was in perfect condition but it is a bit run down now. Neither the cuttlery nor the dishes were clean, some of the cuttlery was even bent and not comfortable to use. The sponge and dish towel were missing although the staff immediately handed us those upon asking. The whole room smelled heavily of fish/old fat, not even opening the windows for a few minutes helped. The staff was really friendly but I do think the hotel needs a do-over and the rooms should definitely be properly cleaned before the next guests arrive.

Si vous apprĂ©ciez la tranquillitĂ©, cette hĂŽtel n’est pas pour vous. Les fenĂȘtres donnent sur le trafic et la ligne de train. Le manque de ventilation dans la chambre ne permet pas de garder la fenĂȘtre fermĂ© pour Ă©viter le bruit.

Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past

they provided me with a wrong code for the mail box so I couldnt get my key! They were close (Sunday 8.05pm). So I had to be accommodated somewhere else for my first night. The area doesn't feel safe at all.

Convenient overnight stop in Thonon Les Bains. I left early in the morning so didn't try the breakfast ( which costs extra)

Pas de service, j’arrive Ă  13:30 , la rĂ©ception personne, il me faut attendre jusqu’à 15 h, pareil pour partir, mon train partir Ă  13:30, je suis obligĂ© partir Ă  11 h, parce que l’hĂŽtel est fermer Ă  11 h, je suis obligĂ© de partir avec mon bagage, trĂšs peu de temps en service ! Jamais vue un hĂŽtel pareil !

Convenable pour un court séjour

Établissement bien situĂ©, dommage que la ligne de chemin de fer passe juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. On entend bien les trains mĂȘme fenĂȘtre et volet fermĂ©s. Pour le stationnement, parking de supermarchĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Attention portail fermĂ© la nuit.
